Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.Be part of something remarkableJoin the #1 hospital in Wisconsin!We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager – Community Retail Pharmacies to:
- Manage and lead the provision of safe, timely, efficient, equitable, effective, and patient-centered community pharmacy patient care services and operations.
- Lead teams at multiple pharmacy retail sites in Madison and Middleton locations.
- Manage and lead pharmacists, pharmacy residents, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students, pharmacy interns, and other support staff.
- Coordinate the community pharmacy immunization program.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- Pharm D degree.
- Master’s degree in pharmacy administration, healthcare administration, business or other relevant subject area.
Work Experience
- Completion of an ASHP PGY2 pharmacy residency in health-system pharmacy administration or five (5) years of relevant work experience. Required
- Three years of health-system pharmacy leadership or management experience. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed as a pharmacist in Wisconsin or must obtain within 90 days of hire date. Required
- Must have valid driver’s license and must have a driving record that allows for the Health System insurance carrier to cover the incumbent. Upon Hire Required Upon Hire Required
- Certification through the appropriate certifying program (Board of Pharmacy Specialties, National Board of Nutrition Support Certification, National Certification Board for Anticoagulation Providers, Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board, etc.). Preferred
