Description du Poste
Le Physical Security Technology Analyst joue un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre et la gestion des infrastructures et programmes essentiels au programme de technologie de sécurité physique, comprenant les systèmes de contrôle d’accès, de détection d’intrusion et de vidéo surveillance. Le candidat participera à la conception systémique, à l’exécution de projets ainsi qu’à l’administration et au soutien des systèmes de production.
Responsabilités Principales
- Conception des systèmes de sécurité physique : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des consultants externes et des gestionnaires de projets pour passer en revue les documents de construction et garantir la bonne exécution des projets.
- Soutien au cycle de vie des projets : Assurer que tous les projets budgétés sont menés à bien dans les délais impartis.
- Opération et maintien des systèmes de sécurité : Gérer le déploiement et l’entretien des systèmes mondiaux d’accès, de surveillance vidéo et de détection d’intrusion.
- Gestion des incidents de production : Participer à la gestion des incidents et assurer une résolution dans le respect des accords de niveau de service.
- Conformité aux normes de sécurité : Veiller au respect des politiques et des procédures de sécurité de l’information.
Qualifications Requises
- Éducation : Diplôme de niveau BA/BS ou expérience équivalente.
- Expérience : Trois à cinq ans de soutien général en informatique, avec une connaissance solide des réseaux, des bases de données et des systèmes d’exploitation.
- Expertise Technique : Expérience avec des produits spécifiques comme Software House (C-CURE 9000 Enterprise) et American Dynamics (Victor).
- Certifications : Certification dans C-CURE 9000 préférée, ainsi qu’une connaissance en gestion des risques.
- Compétences : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ou en équipe, compétences en communication écrite et orale, ainsi que des aptitudes analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.

With a 200-year legacy and a shared passion for what’s next, this is the right place to build a fulfilling career.The Technology Security Specialist supports the implementation and management of various infrastructures and programs that are essential components of the Physical Security Technology program including: Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV Systems. The position supports all aspects of system design, project execution, administration and support of the production systems. Specific duties will vary, but there will be a key focus on using BBH Physical Security Technology procedures as well as the security industry’s best practices to mitigate risk and protect the firm’s assets and personnel.This resource will work closely with our current team members to drive the Physical Security Technology roadmap, support remediation of cyber vulnerabilities, manage upgrades/patching of existing software and platforms, etc.The ideal candidate is an integrator of people, technology, processes, a problem solver, is knowledgeable about physical security and IT, and has a strong foundation of best practices and technologies.Key Responsibilities
- Physical security system design for capital construction and renovation processes. Collaborate with external consultants, project managers and BBH’s security integrator. Conduct construction document review (i.e. blueprints, bid specs, budgets) for new construction projects and renovation projects.
- Support and manage physical security project life cycle from design and RFP through project execution and commissioning. Ensure all budgeted projects are completed successfully and on schedule.
- Support the operation, deployment and maintenance of BBH’s global access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection and intercom systems. Perform periodic firmware and software upgrades on Physical Security devices and servers.
- Ensures all security equipment is functioning properly – initiate preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Participate in production incident management/support and on-call rotation. Resolve production incidents within SLA’s and escalate as appropriate.
- Review and analyze production incident trends, produce tech help documents, provide training to end-users and provide input on improvements to optimize the systems.
- Ensures compliance to BBH policies and procedures on Cyber and Information Security standards. Monitors, maintains, and remediates gaps identified by these standards and escalates to manager accordingly.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Position requires three to five years of general IT support with a solid understanding of networks, databases, operating systems.
- Experience with products; Software House (C-CURE 9000 Enterprise) American Dynamics (Victor)
- Physical access control systems qualifications – Industry certification in C-CURE 9000 preferred
- Understanding of Risk Management and compliance
- Familiarity with a variety of access control solutions, CCTV systems and best practice in these areas
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lead and manage as well as work independently
- Demonstrate working knowledge of and ability to administer the Physical Access Control System
- Able to work across a broad range of technologies to deliver complex solutions
- Proficient in written and oral communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills and be results-oriented and delivery-driven with minimal guidance
- Possess a positive attitude while leading working groups, negotiating when needed, and creating consensus to adhere to deliverable dates
