Description du Poste

Dans le cadre de son développement, Kmart recherche un Planning Assistant pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique dédiée à la planification Active pour la gamme féminine. Le poste est basé à Mulgrave, VIC. Le Planning Assistant aura un rôle clé dans l’interprétation des données et l’accompagnement stratégique des décisions de vente.

Responsabilités Principales

• Réalisateur de rapports réguliers, aidant l’équipe de planification à analyser les résultats et planifier les prochaines étapes.
• Responsable de la création de documents de planification saisonnière pour le processus financier.
• Réalisation d’analyses de courbes de tailles afin d’optimiser la disponibilité des tailles.
• Analyse des performances selon les pays et régions, avec recommandations stratégiques.
• Production de rapports post-saison et soutien aux planificateurs pour les préparations de révision.
• Présenter efficacement les analyses lors des réunions pertinentes.
• Utiliser les rapports sur les attributs des produits pour identifier les opportunités de vente.

Profil du Candidat

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat idéal doit posséder une mentalité axée sur le client et une passion pour le secteur de la vente au détail. Il est essentiel de savoir analyser les données, repérer les tendances et collaborer au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire.

Compétences Requises

• Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.
• Compréhension solide de l’allocation et du réapprovisionnement.
• Compétences en communication écrite et verbale exceptionnelles.
• Capacité à analyser et interpréter les données avec assurance.
• Attention minutieuse aux détails et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes.
• Capacités analytiques, numériques et de pensée critique.
• Connaissance des applications MS, principalement Excel.
• Qualification pertinente en commerce, affaires ou secteur de la vente au détail est un plus.
• Désir d’apprendre et de se développer professionnellement.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Assistant to join our dynamic and high-performing Womens Active Planning Team at Kmart.As a Planning Assistant, you will support our Planning team in making strategic decisions through sales, sizing and regional analysis reporting. You’ll work closely with both our planning and inventory teams to make sure the right stock is in the right place-at the right time.Some of the key responsibilities are (but not limited to):

• Run regular reporting and support the planning team in interpreting insights and identifying next steps to drive results
• Accountable for the setup of seasonal planning documents in preparation for the financial planning process
• Conduct size curve analysis and provide recommendations to improve size availability
• Analyse country/region and grading performance and suggest strategic actions
• Accountable for producing the post seasonal reports and support planners with post seasonal review preparation.
• Provide support to planners on key fixture planning and reporting.
• Confident and concise presentation of analysis in relevant meetings.
• Use product attribute reporting to understand category performance and drive sales opportunities

To be successful in this role:We’re looking for a commercially savvy individual with a genuine interest in retail and a customer-first mindset. You enjoy diving into data, spotting trends, and working collaboratively to drive results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always looking for ways to improve.We’d also love you to have:

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of apportionment and replenishment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage, analyse, and interpret data with confidence
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective numerical, critical thinking and analytical capabilities
• Sound knowledge of MS Applications, especially Excel
• Relevant qualification in Commerce, Business or Retail related is highly advantageous
