Titre du poste : Presales Supply Chain MES Solution Specialist
Ce poste exige un professionnel talentueux, capable de collaborer avec les clients potentiels pour comprendre leurs besoins et offrir des solutions spécifiques grâce à la technologie Supply Chain et aux systèmes d’exécution manufacturière (MES). Un fort background en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et une expertise en solutions MES sont essentiels.
Responsabilités clés
- Collaboration : Travailler avec l’équipe de vente pour identifier et qualifier des leads pour les solutions MES.
- Engagement : Participer aux événements internes et externes en tant que conférencier ou exposant, contribuant ainsi à la génération de demandes.
- Analyse : Analyser en profondeur les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Présentations : Développer et réaliser des présentations percutantes pour mettre en avant les avantages des solutions MES.
- Expertise technique : Agir en tant qu’expert sur la technologie MES et fournir des recommandations durant le processus de présales.
- Développement : Collaborer avec les équipes de développement produit pour rester à jour sur les dernières fonctionnalités des solutions MES.
- Documentation : Préparer des propositions et maintenir la documentation technique nécessaire au processus de présales.
- Coordination : Assurer la transition fluide entre la phase de présales et celle de mise en œuvre avec des équipes inter-fonctionnelles.
Qualifications requises
- Diplôme : Baccalauréat en ingénierie, gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou domaine connexe ; un master est un atout.
- Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans dans des rôles de présales, consulting ou vente technique dans l’industrie manufacturière.
- Expertise : Bonne connaissance des processus de chaîne d’approvisionnement, avec une expérience en planification de production, gestion des stocks et logistique.
- Compétences : Capacités analytiques et résolution de problèmes, avec une habileté à traduire des exigences complexes en solutions concrètes.
- Communication : Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation, avec la capacité d’interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques.
- Adaptabilité : Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs priorités.
- Langue : Maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Qualifications préférées
- Expérience en gestion de la qualité et en exécution de fabrication, avec des KPI comme l’OEE.
- Connaissance des plateformes MES leaders telles que Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Automation MES, etc.
- Validation d’expérience au sein de modules ERP tels qu’Oracle, Infor, SAP.
- Certifications en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou technologies pertinentes.

Join IFS.求人内容We are looking for a talented Presales Supply Chain & MES Solution Specialist who will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions utilizing our Supply Chain and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, coupled with expertise in MES solutions, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and qualify leads for MES solutions within the supply chain domain.
- Collaborate with BDR and marketing teams to create content for internal and external events, participate as a speaker or exhibitor at events, this means to support demand generation as conclusion.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of potential client requirements and challenges to offer IFS SCM & MES solutions that address their specific needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of our MES solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on MES technology, providing insights and recommendations to clients during the presales process.
- Work closely with product development and engineering teams to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of our MES solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral to support the sales process.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, solution briefs, and case studies, to support the presales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to implementation phase.
資格Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, consulting, or technical sales roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Nice to have the proven record of successfully selling and implementing MES solutions within the supply chain domain.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices, with experience in areas such as production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Strong analytical and issue-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
- Fluent English communication or No hesitation for communicate with foreign colleagues.

- Experience of the quality management, quality assurance and manufacturing execution with some KPI like OEE
- Experience of MES11 and working with leading MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Automation MES, Dassault DELMIA Apriso, SAP MES etc…
- Experience of the manufacturing or product IoT
- Experience working with leading ERP platforms, which especially manufacturing modules and such as Oracle, Infor, SAP etc…
- Experience working with leading Supply Chain Planning as I2, O9, Anaplan, KINAIXS etc…
- Certifications in supply chain management or relevant technologies (e.g., APICS, CPIM, Six Sigma) would be a plus.
