Description du Poste

Le PDBA est chargé de la conception, de la gestion et de l’entretien de toutes les applications IT et de fabrication d’un point de vue base de données. En tant que leader technique et stratégique, le PDBA est fondamental pour garantir la disponibilité et la performance des systèmes critiques pour les processus de fabrication et la protection des données clients.

Responsabilités principales :

Design : Être le leader technique pour le support quotidien et la disponibilité des bases de données globales de FDB.
Supervision Technique : Évaluer les travaux de projet et les méthodes en lien avec les systèmes de bases de données IT/OT de niveau entreprise.
Leadership et Collaboration : Travailler de manière multidisciplinaire pour garantir la conformité des systèmes lors des audits.
Intégration : Diriger la conception et le déploiement de nouvelles technologies de bases de données en assurant leur intégration optimale.

Cette fonction hybride offre l’opportunité de travailler au sein d’une équipe dynamique tout en permettant de grands niveaux d’autonomie.

Qualifications Requises

Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants pour envisager une candidature réussie :

Niveau d’Étude : Diplôme en informatique ou en technologie de l’information, ou certifications techniques pertinentes.
Expérience : Au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de DBA senior ou 6 ans dans un environnement de services IT biomédicaux.
Compétences Techniques : Expertise SQL solide, connaissance des systèmes de bases de données (MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.), et expérience en matière d’automatisation et de scénarisation.
Connaissances en Sécurité : Compréhension approfondie des technologies de sécurité des bases de données et des normes ISO27000.

Compétences souhaitées : Capacité à communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux de l’organisation et aptitudes à établir un rapport de confiance avec des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.

📝 Description du poste : FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies is a world leading Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) serving customers in the pharmaceutical industry – from pre-clinical investigations to commercial GMP production.The Principal Database Administrator (PDBA) is the global strategic and technical lead on the design, build, management and maintenance of all IT and Manufacturing applications from a database perspective, these are core and business critical to the FDB manufacturing processes and protection of customer data. They will drive the operational cybersecurity capabilities and roadmaps globally across IT regarding database hosting and usage and ensure alignment with established legal standards such as NIST 800-82, ISA/IEC62443, CIS-20, and ISO27001. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. They are accountable for system availability and performance, which may impact the entire FDB functions and productions.What you’ll do:

Design: Be the technical and design lead for the day-to-day support and availability of all FDB Global databases, including build, configure, tune, administer, and support database technologies and solutions.
Technical Oversight: Perform cross-functional, multidisciplinary technical oversight to include evaluation of project work, staff, methods, and associated procedures related to enterprise-level IT/OT database systems. Compile technology related documentation for GxP and critical IT database technologies. Participate in system validation and testing processes as required. Approve validation documentation together with relevant ITQ. Represent IT system in connection with audits and inspections.
Leadership and Collaboration: Perform cross-functional, multidisciplinary technical oversight to include evaluation of project work, staff, methods, and associated procedures related to enterprise-level IT/OT database systems. Compile technology related documentation for GxP and critical IT database technologies. Participate in system validation and testing processes as required. Approve validation documentation together with relevant ITQ. Represent IT system in connection with audits and inspections.
Integration: LDBA’s are responsible for leading the design and deployment of new database technologies ensuring that they integrate smoothly with existing systems and infrastructure. They ensure that all FDB polices, and procedures are followed and that all deployed systems meet the security frameworks in place. The are responsible for ensuring AIS metrics are defined and met prior to new system/service deployment.

This is a hybrid role located at our site in Denmark.Minimum Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology or relevant technical certifications
10+ years experience in a senior DBA position with proven track record in an enterprise IT infrastructure environment; or
6+ years’ experience of working in a biomedical IT service environment in a senior DBA role; or
Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background to deliver against role expectations.
In depth experience of scripting and automation technologies
Experience of tracking emerging IT issues, strategies, roadmaps, patterns, and technologies over time to assess opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong SQL expertise and solid understanding across several DBMS (MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and more…), including performance tuning and backup/restore best practices.
In-depth technical knowledge of DB Backup/Replication Technologies
In-depth technical knowledge of DB tuning
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., SQL, PowerShell, Python) is preferred.
In depth knowledge of Infrastructure DB security and associated frameworks such as ISO27000
Solid business acumen and at-ease when engaging with senior leadership.
Adept at communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, and across organizations, using architecture communication techniques.
Adept at gaining support from business and technical stakeholders for IT DB initiatives with medium/high levels of risk, impact, and complexity.
