La National Australia Bank (NAB) recherche un Principal Engineer spécialisé dans les mini-applications numériques. Ce poste à durée déterminée s’inscrit dans une démarche d’innovation et de transformation du secteur bancaire en adoptant des technologies modernes. Le candidat idéal devra avoir une forte expérience en développement de logiciels, plus spécifiquement avec les frameworks tels que React.js, et posséder un haut niveau de passion et d’engagement envers l’atteinte de résultats.
Responsabilités
Techniques :
- Prendre des décisions architecturales et de code concernant les composants développés.
- Collaborer avec les leaders technologiques de NAB pour définir et améliorer l’orientation technique de l’entreprise.
- Anticiper et gérer les risques liés à la sécurité.
- Participer au développement Agile et à la création de prototypes.
- Avoir une compréhension approfondie des technologies Front End et apporter des avancées aux systèmes existants.
- Concevoir et gérer les systèmes de déploiement continu.
- Assurer des pratiques de codage solides et une couverture de tests appropriée.
- Effectuer des revues de code avec des équipes de développement internationales.
Compétences Requises
Indispensable :
- 7 ans d’expérience en développement de logiciels avec expertise en JavaScript ES6/TypeScript et React.js.
- Maîtrise des technologies web (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, etc.) et préoccupations en matière d’accessibilité et de sécurité.
- Expérience dans la construction et l’optimisation de pipelines CI/CD.
- Connaissances des schémas de microservices et des systèmes basés sur des API REST.
- Capacité à écrire un code structuré et bien documenté.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais.
Atouts :
- Expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou des services financiers.
- Expérience en intelligence artificielle et apprentissage automatique.
- Certifications supplémentaires en informatique ou gestion de projet.

📝 Description du poste : Job Posting End Date:Worker Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term)ABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking motivated Principal ReactJS Engineers who are passionate, results focused to take accountability for the design and delivery of banking front end applications.YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical
- Freedom to make architectural and code-level decisions about the component you are working on. High level solution architecture decisions will be provided.
- Collaborate with other NAB’s technology leaders towards improving and fulfilling the NAB technical direction;
- Be aware of security risk and have plan for management
- Participate in Agile software development, prototyping
- Be passionate about Front End stacks, understand how to implement advancement for existing or new systems;
- Design and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required;
- Provide robust coding practices, solid unit/component test coverage, and debugging code
- Code review with international development teams to build scalable products; and the ability to recommend changes and challenge decisions
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCEMust have
- 7 years experience working in Software Development: Solid experience in JavaScript ES6/TypeScript working with React.js or similar technologies (Angular.js, Vue.js);
- Expert in all areas of web development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Foundation, JQuery, JSON) including accessibility and security concerns;
- Ability to build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to deploy artefacts
- Experience in microservices patterns (BFF, API Gateway)
- Solid experience in modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g. Git, Webpack, NPM);
- Experience in Cloud computing and Amazon Web Services. Experience in Containers (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker) and FaaS (AWS Lambda) technologies;
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs design (GraphQL desirable) and Microservices-based system;
- Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code;
- Experience in leading and coaching at least one software engineer team on various projects;
- Strong understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, , and Agile methodology;
- Testing: Unit, Integration, Mock, E2E
- Understand Accessibility
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry;
- Experience in GenAI & Machine Learning
- Experience in using front-end testing and test runners (eg. Selenium, Mocha/Chai/Jest).
- Any additional certification or training in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related area.
