Description du Poste
AECOM recherche un Procurement Manager-Rail pour rejoindre son équipe à Panama. Ce poste implique des responsabilités clés dans la gestion des achats, en veillant à la livraison efficace des projets ferroviaires. Plus précisément, les missions incluent :
- Gestion de tous les aspects de la procurement management.
- Conseil sur les stratégies d’approvisionnement, notamment en aidant les clients à concevoir le modèle de livraison optimal.
- Réalisation de processus d’approvisionnement compétitifs, comprenant la gestion des appels d’offres et la négociation avec les fournisseurs.
- Établissement de relations solides avec les clients et promotion des services de l’entreprise.
- Développement d’opportunités de marketing pour soutenir la croissance des activités.
Exigences de Qualification
Les candidats doivent remplir les conditions suivantes :
- Diplôme universitaire (BA/BS) et au moins 8 ans d’expérience pertinente ou équivalence d’expérience.
- Expertise prouvée en gestion des achats, avec une compréhension des régulations des contrats publics.
- Capacité à travailler au sein d’équipes collaboratives de plusieurs organisations.
- Une expérience dans le secteur ferroviaire est un atout.
- Capacité à influencer les parties prenantes clés et à développer des relations professionnelles efficaces.

Les candidats titulaires d’un MCIPS (Membre du Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) seront privilégiés.

Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is looking for a Procurement Manager-Rail for employment in Panama.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver all aspects of procurement management.
- Provide procurement strategy advice including leading clients through the process of designing the optimum delivery model, contract strategy, commercial model and route to market for their project.
- Lead the competitive procurement process including market engagement, supplier shortlisting, tender document development, tender management, evaluation and negotiation.
- Achieve the highest standards of professional competence and to demonstrate this ability in all dealings with clients and professional contacts, reinforcing the profile of the company.
- Drive performance standards and technical excellence through communication and effective use of the performance management process and AECOM technical practice networks.
- Maintain and develop good relationships with clients, take every opportunity to uphold and increase the profile of the firm as a provider of professional, premium quality services to the construction industry.
- Develop marketing opportunities and where appropriate bring to the attention of Directors and the Business Development Department, in order that they may assist in following up potential leads enabling the development of new business.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- BA/BS + 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Experience and track record in procurement management
- Public Contract Regulations understanding
- Working as part of integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams
- Experience of working within a client organization, either directly or through a colocation/secondment arrangement would be of benefit.
- Experience of working in the rail sector is preferred
- Ability to identify and influence key client stakeholders, building effective relationships to grow workload/portfolio
