En tant que Consultant Senior en Approvisionnement, vous ferez partie intégrante d’une équipe internationale en contribuant à des projets stratégiques globaux au sein de la fonction d’approvisionnement. Votre responsabilité principale sera de conduire des performances et d’améliorer l’efficacité organisationnelle sur des projets critiques remaniés tous les 6 à 12 mois. Cette position unique vous permettra de vous exposer à divers secteurs et domaines commerciaux, favorisant ainsi un apprentissage continu et un développement professionnel.

Le Quotidien d’un Consultant Senior en Approvisionnement

Gestion de projets :

• Définir des stratégies de projets basées sur les exigences des catégories ou unités commerciales, en s’assurant que les délais sont respectés.
• Collaborer avec les leaders de catégorie pour élaborer des stratégies d’approvisionnement globales.
• Co-diriger des projets stratégiques mondiaux pour diverses catégories de dépenses.

Analyse :

• Développer des solutions analytiques pour identifier des opportunités d’amélioration en matière de durabilité et d’efficacité des coûts.
• Rechercher proactivement des solutions innovantes pour soutenir le développement de stratégies de sourcing.
• Mesurer l’impact des solutions mises en œuvre sur l’organisation.

Communication et Gestion des Parties Prenantes :

• Établir des relations et des structures de gouvernance avec les parties prenantes pour atteindre des objectifs communs.
• Communiquer efficacement les mises à jour des projets aux différents niveaux de l’organisation.
• Collaborer avec des équipes dans nos trois hubs d’approvisionnement.

Qualités Requises

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent posséder :

• Un diplôme en approvisionnement, administration des affaires, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou domaine similaire.
• 3+ ans d’expérience en approvisionnement, consulting, ou gestion de projet.
• De fortes compétences en leadership, communication et gestion de projet.
• Une maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Proactively seek innovative solutions to support stakeholders in developing robust sourcing strategies by leveraging data-driven insights.

• Cultivate relationships and establish governance structures with stakeholders to plan and achieve common project objectives.
• Effectively communicate project updates to all levels of the organization, including senior management.
• Foster collaboration with team members across our three procurement hubs in Malaysia, Panama, and Switzerland.

What Makes You Successful?

• University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement (category management preferred), consulting, business analytics, or project management.
• Strong leadership, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
