Ce poste, rendant compte au Responsable de Production, a pour objectif de garantir la fabrication de produits de qualité qui dépassent les attentes des clients. Les responsables de la production sont chargés des opérations de traitement qui soutiennent les activités de l’entreprise.
Responsabilités
*Les responsabilités incluent :*
- Manipulation d’équipements, assemblage de produits, et sécurisation du flux de production.
- Maintien de la sécurité au travail en respectant scrupuleusement les directives établies.
- Surveillance et contrôle des normes de qualité des produits, en veillant à la conformité avec les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF), HACCP et autres régulations sanitaires.
- Opération et dépannage des équipements de traitement tels que les machines de remplissage.
- Assistance à la création de procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP) et de listes de contrôle.
- Exécution des tests de produits conformément aux SOP, en maintenant des enregistrements dans le respect de la documentation requise.
Ces tâches doivent être réalisées tout en maintenant un environnement de travail propre et sanitaire, et en respectant le Code de conduite de Reckitt.
Profil Recherché
*Le candidat idéal doit avoir :*
- Un diplôme NITEC ou un équivalent avec au moins 1 an d’expérience dans un domaine connexe.
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente dans l’industrie nutritionnelle ou pharmaceutique.
- Une attention particulière aux détails et une aptitude à documenter les tâches avec précision.
- Des compétences en résolution de problèmes.
- Une capacité à travailler debout pendant de longues périodes et à gérer des charges modérées (15 à 20 kg).
- Une connaissance du système SAP, et disponibilité pour des horaires de travail de 12 heures.

Production Technicians are responsible for executing the processing operations that support the needs of the business. Production Technicians also perform duties associated with operating, monitoring, connecting, cleaning and troubleshooting the equipment.Your responsibilities
- Be a key part of our manufacturing processes by handling equipment, assembling products, and ensuring seamless production flow.
- Prioritise safety, following our guidelines conscientiously to create a secure workplace for all.
- Monitor and uphold our high standards of product quality, taking pride in every item that passes through your hands. Strict adherence to GMP, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), Food Safety, and Food Defense.
- Monitor and execute proper functions of the process equipment including fixing equipment, Filling machines, end of line equipment and operations support.
- Operates the processing computer control system, including trouble shooting issues and monitoring while in operations.
- Assist in the creation of SOP’s, checklist, and work instructions whenever required.
- Perform all secondary duties associated with the manufacturing operations and complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness. (including maintaining of log-sheets and batch records)
- Perform all required cleaning as instructed (including making proper sanitary connections for all forms of cleaning).
- Perform product testing as defined in SOP and maintaining records with GDP compliance.
- Perform all assigned maintenance and cleaning activities of manufacturing equipment whenever required.
- Execute proper disassembly and assembly of various machineries in the production areas.
- Complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Always maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
- Demonstrate capability to use independent judgment and work well within a team environment.
- Adhere strictly to the Reckitt’s Code of Conduct.
The experience we’re looking forCandidate must possess at least NITEC/ Diploma in related discipline or GCE « N/ O/ A » Level with at least 1 year of experience. (sciences, technical, health-related, food manufacturing etc) * At least 1 -2 years of relevant experience in nutrition or pharmaceutical industryClose attention to detail and experience with detailed documentation of tasks performed * Proven ability to follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights (15 to 20 kg) in order to perform the key functions of this role
- Knowledge in SAP
- Willing to work 12-hour shift work
- Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
