Dans le cadre d’une collaboration avec le gouvernement de l’État de Himachal Pradesh, l’UNESCO cherche à améliorer les résultats éducatifs via le projet HP – FUTURES. Ce projet vise à renforcer l’enseignement à travers une approche en trois volets :
- Analyse des politiques et des programmes : Évaluation des lacunes dans les politiques, curricula, et programmes de formation des enseignants pour aligner l’éducation sur les compétences requises au XXIe siècle.
- Éducation par le sport : Développement d’outils pour enseigner les valeurs éducatives à travers le sport.
- Éducation à l’environnement : Évaluation des besoins en éducation à l’environnement pour préparer les élèves à faire face aux défis contemporains, tels que le changement climatique.
Fonctions Principales
Sous l’autorité du Directeur du Bureau Régional de l’UNESCO pour l’Asie du Sud et supervision directe du Spécialiste du Programme et Chef de l’Éducation, le coordonnateur de projet aura diverses responsabilités, dont :
- Gestion de Projet : Diriger la mise en œuvre du projet, assurant une communication efficace entre les partenaires et la gestion administrative.
- Ateliers de formation : Organiser des formations pour renforcer les valeurs d’inclusion et de respect à travers le sport.
- Évaluation : Évaluer l’intégration de l’éducation à l’environnement dans les écoles et présenter des recommandations pour l’amélioration continue.
Profil Recherché
Le poste idéal nécessite un professionnel organisé avec une solide expérience en éducation et gestion de projet. Une connaissance du contexte local et des interactions avec les autorités de l’État de Himachal Pradesh est souhaitable.
Qualifications Requises
- Éducation : Diplôme universitaire avancé (Master ou équivalent) dans les domaines de l’éducation ou des sciences humaines.
- Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans dans la gestion de programmes, y compris la conception, la coordination, et l’évaluation.
- Langues : Anglais courant et maîtrise du Hindi.

Compensation et Avantages
