Responsabilités Principales

En tant que Project Manager, vous aurez pour mission de:

  • Diriger la mise en œuvre: Gérer les consultants pendant l’intégration des solutions ONESOURCE chez les clients.
  • Support aux activités préalables à la vente: Conduire une diligence raisonnable sur les produits et technologies tout en développant les déclarations de travaux (SOW).
  • Gestion de projet: Établir et suivre des plans de projet détaillés, comprenant les exigences techniques et commerciales, ainsi que les estimations de coûts.
  • Coordination: Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour gérer les attentes et les changements dans les projets.
  • Ateliers fonctionnels: Conduire des sessions de définition des exigences avec les clients et former les utilisateurs finaux.

Profil Recherché

Vous vous distinguerez si vous présentez les critères suivants:

  • Expérience: 5 à 10 ans dans la gestion de projets à forte valeur ajoutée, de préférence dans les systèmes ERP, la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou le commerce mondial.
  • Compétences: Maîtrise des méthodologies de mise en œuvre logicielle et capacité à communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques.
  • Langues: Compétences en japonais à un niveau natif et bonnes connaissances en anglais. La maîtrise d’une autre langue asiatique est un atout.

Qualifications Préférées

  • Formation: Diplôme en Technologie de l’information, Informatique, Comptabilité, Finance ou équivalent en gestion de projet.
  • Certification: PMP ou certification équivalente en gestion de projet.

📝 Description du poste : Project Manager, Global TradeWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE software solutions at client sites in Japan. As a Project Manager, you will oversee project management, lead consultants, and support pre-sales activities, while ensuring successful project delivery and managing client expectations. You will be responsible for developing and tracking project plans, managing resources, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive project success.This role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and coach a local team of technology and professional service professionals.About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Project Manager, you will:

  • Project management and lead consultants in implementation and integration of Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE software solutions at client sites in Japan
  • Support the pre-sales activities from professional service side to conduct product / technology due diligence and develop the SOW
  • Create/Review project scope, schedule, delivery plan; validate any requirements, identify project dependence, risk and issue
  • Proactively manage the changes of project scope and customers’ expectations
  • Drive and balance project schedules and resources through close collaboration with key project stakeholders
  • Controls project deliverables, scope & expectations, and coordinates project progress with sponsors, steering committees, and senior leadership
  • Develops and tracks to detailed project plans including schedules, technical and business requirements, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution plans
  • Lead functional & process requirement workshops with customers to define business, process, functional and data requirements, deliver Client trainings.
  • Act as the local team lead to coach and guide the technology & professional service team on the ground
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously

About YouYou are a good fit for the role if you have:

  • Strong project management skills, has 5~10 years of experience successfully managing complex and multi-million-dollars client facing projects
  • Proven experience in enterprise software implementations, project life cycles and software implementation methodologies
  • Proven project management experience (in software solutions implementation projects involving Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Trade management or ERP systems)
  • Experience working for consulting or professional services organizations specializing in supply chain management or Global trade management.
  • The experience of program management is a plus, working in multi-national companies.
  • Independently coaches, mentors, and motivates project teams to influence a positive, accountable, and collaborative approach
  • Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders at all levels including business representatives, partners, customers, and consultants
  • Native level Japanese language skills and good communication skills in English, both writing and speaking. Fluency in any other Asian language is a plus.

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting & Finance or Project Management equivalent
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
