Responsabilités Principales
En tant que Project Manager, vous aurez la charge de diriger des projets de développement et des initiatives internes tout au long du processus intégré de développement de produits. Vous intégrerez le Bureau de Gestion de Projets (PMO) et collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes pour s’assurer que tous les projets R&D soient menés avec professionnalisme. Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Initiation et gestion proactive des risques : S’assurer que chaque projet démarre correctement et que les risques sont identifiés et gérés efficacement.
- Relations avec les parties prenantes : Engager les parties prenantes clés pour maintenir une transparence optimale concernant l’état des projets.
- Amélioration continue : Se concentrer sur l’optimisation des processus tout au long du cycle de vie des projets en appliquant les meilleures pratiques du PMO.
Profil Recherché
Pour réussir dans ce poste, il est essentiel de posséder à la fois des compétences techniques solides et des aptitudes interpersonnelles. Les critères suivants sont souhaités :
- Diplôme en ingénierie ou en administration.
- Expérience de minimum 5 ans en gestion de projets ou en tant que leader technique pour des projets de développement de produits.
- Certification en gestion de projets (ex : Prince2, SAFe, ADKAR) est fortement recommandée.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment MS Office et, idéalement, JIRA.
Un anglophone professionnel est requis, et la maîtrise du danois est un plus mais non obligatoire.

As our new Project Manager in R&D in Søborg, you will be leading development and internal change projects through the integrated product development process until handover to either production, service or directly to our customers.You will become part of a Project Management Office (PMO) and together with the entire PMO team, you will ensure that all R&D projects are driven professionally across Terma and across all product development areas. In Søborg, development activities are primarily centered around SW, IT and AI innovation projects.As a part of the PMO department, supporting our internal projects, travelling activity from Søborg to Lystrup and vice versa must be expected.How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:
- Driving project initiation, pro-active risk management and being persistent during project execution
- Engage with key project and management stakeholders to ensure high transparency of project status during execution and to ensure a sustainable result after project closure
- Drive the project(s) you are leading, have focus on improving the way we work throughout the project lifecycle, and to ensure to implement PMO best practices the best possible way in your own projects
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
- You hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Engineering, Administration or another relevant field of study
- You have minimum 5 years of experience working as a project manager or as an experienced technical lead or team lead for product or IT development projects
- Certified Project Manager in one or more projects or change management models is preferred, e.g. Prince2, SAFe including agile development, ADKAR
- You are an experienced MS Office user, especially in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferable Project, you might also have experience with JIRA.
