Mission Principale
Ce poste exige un professionnel compétent dans le domaine du développement logiciel, capable de diriger des programmes liés aux plateformes non habitées. Vous serez responsable de la planification et de l’exécution des tests en mer, notamment à Horten et dans d’autres sites Kongsberg.
Tâches et Responsabilités
- Supervision du développement logiciel : Coordination entre équipes de logiciels et matériels pour garantir l’efficacité du développement.
- Délai et Budget : Livraison des projets dans les délais impartis, tout en respectant le budget et les standards de qualité.
- Gestion des Ressources : Suivi de l’état d’avancement, gestion des ressources, des finances et des risques associées aux projets.
- Conformité : Maintien de la conformité avec tous les processus du Système de Gestion KD.
- Rapports : Élaboration de rapports mensuels sur l’avancement et la situation financière des projets.
- Interface : Interaction avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal possède :
- Formation : BSc / MSc en informatique, cybernétique ou un domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Antécédents en management de projets de développement logiciel à grande échelle, idéalement dans le secteur maritime et de la défense.
- Outils de Gestion : Familiarité avec MS Project, Primavera, et des systèmes ERP (Axapta apprécié).
- Systèmes de Qualité : Expérience avec les normes ISO et AQAP est un plus.
- Compétences Linguistiques : Bonne maîtrise orale et écrite du norvégien et de l’anglais.

If you are ready to be part of this exciting journey, your adventure begins here!We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our Uncrewed Platform programs as a Project Manager for SW Development. You will work with a great team of world-class developers in multiple technical disciplines and participate in both planning and execution of sea testing outside Horten and other Kongsberg locations.What you will be doing
- Oversee the SW development for products within Uncrewed Platform programs and coordinate with software and hardware teams
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Tracking status, resources, financial and risk management in the projects
- Maintaining compliance with all associated KD Management System processes
- Controlling and managing the project budget, providing monthly progress status and finance reports
- Interfacing with both our internal and external stakeholders
We think you should have
- BSc / MSc Computer Science, Cybernetics, or a related field
- Project Management experience with larger SW development projects
- Knowledge in SW development of safety critical software to the maritime industry
- Experience with SW development within the defense sector
- Experience with Project Management tools like MS Project, Primavera
- Experience with ERP Systems (Axapta) is an advantage
- Experience with Quality Systems like ISO and AQAP is an advantage
- Familiar with Software Quality Standards
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
