Our QHSE team is looking for a motivated and curious intern to support ongoing initiatives and help drive progress. Join us in or as soon as possible thereafter and take the next step toward a career in QHSE within a committed and forward-thinking global team.Your responsibilitiesAs a QHSE intern at MAKEEN Energy, you will be assigned a specific challenge or mini project to work on during your internship. You’ll have the opportunity to tackle real improvement tasks from our ongoing QHSE initiatives, with room to align the project with your academic background and personal interests. We offer a range of meaningful challenges and will support you in selecting one that both develops your skills and contributes to our continuous improvement goals.Your main tasks will include:

  • Defining the project charter
  • Analysing data
  • Developing solutions and presenting your final report

Your profileWe imagine that you are a Master’s student in a technical or engineering field, with courses related to Quality, LEAN, Six Sigma, Health, Safety, Sustainability, or Environment as part of your curriculum.We expect you to:

  • Be able to prioritise tasks based on project needs and deadlines
  • Be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Have good IT skills

As a person, you:

  • Are self-driven and work effectively in a team environment
  • Are open-minded and flexible, welcoming new ideas and adapting to change
  • Have the courage to challenge existing methods and suggest alternatives
  • You are curious, eager to learn, structured, and able to take on tasks independently.
