Dans un environnement dynamique, les ingénieurs de l’équipe interne d’Amazon sont chargés de superviser l’ensemble de l’expérience client pour Amazon India. Le poste se concentre sur la conception et le développement de produits mobiles à faible latence, tout en abordant les défis d’ingénierie liés à une clientèle qui découvre Amazon principalement via des appareils mobiles.
Objectifs et Missions
Le rôle de Quality Assurance Engineer implique des responsabilités clés :
- Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des ingénieurs seniors pour tester des applications ayant un impact direct sur l’activité d’Amazon.in, en se concentrant particulièrement sur les domaines mobiles, les paiements et le développement de sites e-commerce.
- Gestion de la qualité : Être responsable de la qualité d’une partie intégrante d’un système ou d’une application, en établissant et maintenant des standards élevés de qualité logicielle.
- Planification de projet : Exécuter et gérer les plans de projet tout en respectant les engagements de livraison.
- Développement d’équipe : Contribuer à l’embauche et au développement de talents techniques, en assurant un environnement d’amélioration continue.
Qualités Requises
Qualifications de base :
- Expérience : Minimum de 4 ans en ingénierie d’assurance qualité.
- Test Automation : Compétence en tests automatisés et manuels.
- Leadership QA : Expérience en tant que leader QA sur des projets de taille moyenne à grande.
Qualifications préférées :
- Outils de test automatisé : Connaissance des frameworks de test comme Selenium ou Appium.
- Planification de tests : Capacité à recueillir des exigences de test pour créer des plans de test détaillés et définir des métriques de qualité.

Basic qualifications
4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
Experience in automation testing
Experience in manual testing
Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
Preferred qualifications
Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product qualityBASIC QUALIFICATIONS– 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
