Nous recherchons un **Ingénieur Qualité Senior** pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Ce rôle dépasse le cadre traditionnel du test pour se concentrer sur l’excellence qualité, en dirigeant des initiatives qui garantissent la livraison de produits impeccables. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans des projets variés, allant de l’innovation dans les soins de santé à la transformation des médias d’entreprise.

Responsabilités Clés
- Planification Stratégique de l’Assurance Qualité: Collaborer avec le Responsable Technique pour élaborer des stratégies de test.
- Supervision de la Conception et de l’Exécution des Tests: Assurer une couverture complète et une conformité aux normes de qualité.
- Optimisation des Processus: Améliorer les cadres d’automatisation et identifier des opportunités d’optimisation.
- Collaboration Interfonctionnelle: Fournir un point de contact principal pour les équipes de développement et de gestion de produits.
- Advocacy pour la Qualité: Supporter le PDM dans la planification de projet et le mentorat d’autres membres de l’équipe.
- Amélioration Continue: Participer à des initiatives d’optimisation des processus QA.
- Veille Technologique: Rester informé sur les nouvelles technologies et méthodologies de test.
Qualifications Minima
- Diplôme en ingénierie (BE/ME) avec au moins 8 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du réseau et de la sécurité.
- Expérience en tests système de produits de sécurité réseau, notamment avec pare-feux.
- Connaissance des protocoles L2 à L3, VRF, IPSec VPN, et SSLVPN.
- Expérience en automatisation avec Python, REST API, et Jenkins.
- Expérience souhaitée en déploiement de pare-feux sur AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
- Motivation et passion pour l’apprentissage et la contribution à l’équipe.
Expérience Supplémentaire Souhaitée
- Certifications en Assurance Qualité, démontrant un engagement dans la profession.
- Expérience significative en tests de performance, avec des outils tels que LoadRunner ou JMeter.
- Expertise en pratiques de test de sécurité, avec des outils comme OWASP ZAP.
- Leadership dans l’intégration des processus QA à travers le SDLC.
- Antécédents dans des projets d’amélioration de qualité et d’efficacité d’équipe.

- Strong knowledge of Networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP stack). Experience in software development or automated testing of network devices is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Quality Assurance Planning: Collaborate with the Technical Lead or Product Development Manager (PDM) to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans that support project objectives and timelines. Focus on implementing and optimizing testing methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness across testing phases.
- Test Design and Execution Oversight: Lead the detailed design and oversight of test execution, focusing on critical, high-impact testing activities. Ensure thorough coverage and adherence to quality standards, while efficiently managing resources and timelines.
- Automation and Process Optimization: Enhance and expand automation frameworks and practices. Identify opportunities for improving testing processes and automation coverage, contributing to the selection and implementation of advanced tools and technologies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a primary QA contact for development and product management teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration. Ensure that QA processes and results are transparent and integrated into the broader development lifecycle, aligning with the strategic direction set by the Technical Lead.
- Quality Advocacy and Project Management: Support the PDM in project planning and execution, taking ownership of quality assurance deliverables within projects. Mentor junior team members and advocate for quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing: Actively participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and tools, under the strategic guidance of the Technical Lead. Share knowledge and insights with the QA team, contributing to skill development and process refinement.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Maintain awareness of new testing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices. Share findings with the QA team and the Technical Lead, suggesting ways to leverage new insights for improved quality and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BE/ME with minimum 8+ years of experience in Network and Security domain.
- Experience in system testing of network security products, preferably with firewalls and intrusion prevention. (Having FMC/FTD know how is highly preferred and required)
- Knowledge in L2 and L3 protocols, VRF,IPSec VPN, SSLVPN. Knowledge in L4-L7 network layers.Experience in Writing Test plan, creating test cases and test review to ensure adequate coverage for system Testing.
- Automation experience is MUST with Python, REST API, Jenkins, Linux fundamentals in an added advantage.
- Experience in Deploying and testing Firewall in AWS, Azure FW, Google cloud, Oracle are desirable.
- Good knowledge in networking and ability to work with third party traffic generators(e.g. Teravm, SPIRENT) is preferred.
- Responsible for Testing new platforms and platform capabilities for Next Generation Security Platforms for Cisco, a market leader in security products and technologies.
- Extremely motivated engineer and passionate about learning and contributing to the team and the business with « can do » attitude
- Develop/Deploy large scale systems that run complex features in high bandwidth environments
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and a confirmed ability to handle challenging high priority tasks.
- Manual and Automate Networking/Security features, troubleshoot and validate software defects in components that range from kernel modules to networking and security applications.
- Write Test plans and automation and uplift the existing automation and test suites to make it more robust.
Additional Experience Desired:
- Certifications in Quality Assurance, such as ISTQB Advanced Level, CSTE, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to the QA profession and mastery of best practices.
- Significant experience in performance and load testing, using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter, with the ability to design, execute, and analyze tests to ensure application performance under various conditions.
- Expertise in security testing practices, with knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and experience using tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Fortify) to conduct security testing and risk assessment.
- Experience leading QA process integration across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), enhancing team capabilities in delivering high-quality software from inception to deployment.
- A strong advocate for process improvement and innovation, with a history of initiating and leading projects that enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve team efficiency.
