Description du Poste
En tant qu’Ingénieur Système Radar, vous intégrerez une équipe multidisciplinaire pour spécifier, concevoir, développer et valider des systèmes radar. Vous interagirez avec un groupe varié comprenant des architectes radar, des ingénieurs systèmes, matériels et logiciels, ainsi que des spécialistes en conception radar, traitement de signal, sécurité et cybersécurité. Votre rôle consistera à superviser la conception globale des radars, en équilibrant performance fonctionnelle, qualité et coûts pour atteindre des résultats optimaux. Vous aurez également l’opportunité de définir de nouvelles capacités et fonctionnalités, tout en résolvant des problèmes de manière pratique.
Profil Recherché
Aptitudes et qualifications :
- Master en Génie Électrique, Physique Appliquée ou Mathématiques Appliquées
- Compétences en communication et capacité à travailler efficacement dans des équipes multidisciplinaires
- Désir d’apprendre et de progresser dans le domaine de l’ingénierie radar
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du néerlandais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Connaissance souhaitée de Matlab/Simulink et de C++
- Capacité à passer une vérification de sécurité néerlandaise, nécessaire pour un emploi dans une entreprise de défense

Project teams typically include a radar architect, as well as system, hardware, software, and test engineers, along with specialists in radar design, signal processing, safety, and cybersecurity. In coordination with the team, the system engineer oversees the radar’s global design, balancing functional performance, quality, and cost to achieve optimal outcomes. This role involves both high-level radar design (defining new capabilities and functionalities) and hands-on problem-solving, which may require in-depth knowledge of components or field data analysis.We’re seeking ambitious colleagues eager to learn the essentials of radar engineering.About You
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or Applied Mathematics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch
- Preferred experience with Matlab/Simulink and C++
- Must pass a Dutch Security check to receive clearance, as Thales is a Defense Company
