Le rôle de Consultant en Recrutement consiste à gérer des processus de recrutement complets pour le secteur technologique maritime. Les candidats retenus travailleront pour des entreprises de premier plan dans des domaines tels que la construction de yachts, la construction navale, l’offshore et les énergies renouvelables.
Tâches Principales
Les responsabilités incluent :
- Recrutement complet : Piloter le processus de recrutement pour des profils techniques spécialisés, en guidant les candidats depuis l’identification jusqu’à leur placement.
- Gestion des comptes : Développer des relations solides avec les clients tout en analysant leurs besoins en personnel.
- Réseautage : Élargir son réseau professionnel à travers les plateformes en ligne et lors d’événements;
- Suivi des tendances : Rester informé des évolutions du marché et des développements sectoriels.
- Opportunités d’affaires : Explorer de nouvelles opportunités en fonction des besoins du marché.
- Contributions en interne : S’impliquer dans des projets visant à améliorer l’environnement de travail et les processus internes.
