Tâches à Accomplir
- Soutien au processus de recrutement : Le stagiaire participera activement à toutes les étapes du processus de recrutement, y compris le sourcing des candidats, la conduite des entretiens, et l’évaluation des candidats.
- Accent sur le Programme d’Accélération : Le rôle se concentrera sur le soutien aux recrutements liés aux postes du Programme d’Accélération.
- Flexibilité de travail : La position implique une présence au bureau à Jakarta 2-3 jours par semaine, suivant un aménagement de travail flexible.
Profil Recherché
- Formation : Les candidats doivent être des diplômés récents ou des étudiants en dernière année dans le domaine de la psychologie ou d’une discipline connexe.
- Crédit académique : Les candidats ayant des crédits académiques (SKS) peuvent postuler, à condition de gérer leur emploi du temps en parallèle avec leurs obligations universitaires.
- Expérience Préalable : Bien qu’une expérience antérieure en ressources humaines soit un atout, elle n’est pas obligatoire. L’intérêt pour le domaine des ressources humaines, notamment le processus de recrutement dans le secteur bancaire, est essentiel.
- Compétences interpersonnelles : Le candidat doit être à l’aise dans des activités interpersonnelles intenses et représenter l’entreprise auprès de divers candidats.
- Equipement Personnel : Possession d’un ordinateur portable requis.

- Supporting end to end recruitment process, starting from candidate sourcing, interview & assesment, approach passive candidates, learn to use ATS in practical work, & learn how to use several job platform as a recruiter
- Specifically, you will focus to support the hiring process for Acceleration Program Roles
- This is a 3 month paid internship program, estimated from January – April
- This position is required to follow our flexible working arrangement, estimate around 2-3 days working on Jakarta Head Office per weeks.
- Fresh Graduates or Final year students fresh graduates from psychology or related major
- Candidate that still have Academic Credit (SKS) is allowed to apply, should you are able to arrange the schedule between intern & university time.
- Prior intern experience in HR area is not mandatory but a plus point
- Have a interest to learn about HR Area in Banking Industry, specifically about end to end recruitment process
- Comfortable to work in intense interpersonal activities, where you will become one of the representative of the company, to meet with many candidates with various background & experiences
- Have a personal laptop
