Description du poste
Dans le rôle d’Infirmier(ère) Diplômé(e), vous aurez l’opportunité de devenir un leader clinique dans la communauté de Garden Suburb. Ce poste vous permettra de développer, livrer et évaluer des plans de soins adaptés aux résidents.
Localisation : Garden Suburb, NSW
Type de contrat : Temps partiel, avec des shifts de matin et d’après-midi flexibles.
Responsabilités
- Leadership clinique : Évaluer les besoins des résidents et élaborer des plans de soins personnalisés.
- Compétences cliniques : Fournir des services cliniques de manière autonome.
- Relationnel : Établir des liens significatifs avec les résidents, jouant un rôle clé dans leur vie quotidienne.
- Collaboration : Travailler avec des professionnels de santé et les familles pour défendre la qualité de vie des résidents.
- Supervision : Encadrer les Aides Soignants.

Profil recherché
Nous recherchons des professionnels qui :
- Possèdent une expérience antérieure en soins d’âge avancé ou dans le secteur de la santé plus large.
- Sont adaptables, empathiques et capables de gérer leur temps efficacement.
- Défendent la pratique contemporaine des soins aux personnes âgées.
- Détiennent un diplôme en soins infirmiers avec une inscription actuelle auprès de l’AHPRA.

About Uniting Garden SuburbNestled on the edge of a serene bushland reserve in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW, Uniting Garden Suburb is a peaceful and welcoming aged care home. It has three separate households, each with between 25 and 30 residents and includes a secure household for people living with dementia or mental health illness. Your Uniting Homemaker ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable.What you’ll be doing in this role
- You will be a clinical leader in the service, and you will develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
- You’ll need sharp clinical assessment skills and will take the lead in providing clinical services
- Get to know each resident and become a fundamental part of their life
- Play an important role in making sure the care provided meets residents’ individual goals
- You’ll liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family members to advocate for clients’ quality of life
- Supervise and support our Personal Care Workers
- Practice in a holistic way, using your critical decision-making skills to lead the team.

- You’ll have previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector.
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, a great time manager, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
- You’ll be committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
- You’ll hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
