Le rôle de Quality Engineer IV_CAPA Subject Matter Expert (SME) répond à un besoin crucial pour le maintien et l’évolution du système de qualité au sein de l’usine. Les responsabilités incluent le développement et la gestion de la documentation relative au système de gestion des CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) et des plaintes, tout en garantissant la conformité réglementaire.
Responsabilités Principales
Les fonctions essentielles de ce poste comprennent :
- Assurer la conformité : Garantir le respect intégral des investigations sur les CAPA et les plaintes.
- Suivi des cas ouverts : Assurer le suivi des CAPA, des plaintes et des NCMRs (Non-Conformance Material Reports).
- Coaching : Servir de mentor pour les enquêteurs pendant le processus d’investigation.
- Coordination des activités : Mesurer et coordonner les activités liées à la maintenance du système de gestion de la qualité.
- Métriques : Maintenir des indicateurs sur les CAPA et les plaintes pour l’usine.
- Audits externes : Assister dans la préparation pour les audits externes.
- Création de documents : Gérer la création de documents dans les systèmes appliqués.
- Support aux audits : Soutenir les audits de qualité internes et des tiers.
- Engagement des programmes de sécurité : Participer aux initiatives de sécurité et de qualité de l’entreprise.
Exigences Minimales
Pour postuler à ce poste, les candidats doivent remplir les critères suivants :
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) et des compétences en communication par e-mail requises.
- Connaissance des CAPA : Bonne compréhension des investigations sur les CAPA et les plaintes.
- Bilingue : Capacité à communiquer en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Formation : Diplôme de niveau BS ou équivalent, avec au moins 4 ans d’expérience dans le domaine.
- Maîtrise des normes ISO : Bonne connaissance des standards ISO 13485 et CFR Part 820.
Conditions de Travail
Le poste est basé dans un environnement de bureau climatisé, avec des horaires de travail réguliers. Des heures supplémentaires peuvent être requises pour répondre aux besoins d’entreprise, et des déplacements, tant domestiques qu’internationaux, peuvent atteindre jusqu’à 50%.

This position will support the sustaining of the Quality System for the Plant. Responsible for the development, recovery and maintenance of the documentation related to the CAPA and Complaint Management System and Regulatory Compliance. Responsible for the Management of the CAPA and Complaints.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Guarantee full compliance of all the CAPA and Complaint investigations.
- Follow up of open CAPA’s , Complaints and NCMRs.
- Serve as a coach to the Investigator during the investigation process.
- CAPA SME
- Coordination and Measurement of the activities related to the maintenance of the Quality Management System, including Customer Complaints and CAPA’s.
- Maintain CAPA and Complaints metrics for the Plant.
- Assists in the preparation for External Audits.
- Manage the Document Creation in the applicable system related to the process under responsibility.
- Assists in the process for ensuring that corrective actions (CAPA) are completed in accordance with relevant ISO requirements (ISO 13485), CFR Part 820, Problem Solving methods, and that documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.
- Support the internal supplier third party and FDA quality audits.
- Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
- Good knowledge of CAPA and Complaint Investigations
- Bilingual English speaking and writing
- BS degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in CAPA and complaint investigations.
- Good knowledge in ISO 13485 and CFR Part 820
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
- Travel requirements: Domestic and/or Global, up to 50%
- Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
