Description du Poste
Le rôle de Mayordomo est centré sur la création d’expériences sur mesure pour les clients, allant de la pré-arrivée à leur départ, en collaboration avec différentes équipes de l’hôtel. Le Mayordomo est considéré comme le visage principal du programme, apportant une touche personnelle et créative à chaque interaction.
- Bespoke Service : Anticiper et répondre aux besoins des clients de manière proactive.
- Coordination : Travailler avec les Butler Valets et d’autres départements pour s’assurer que chaque aspect du séjour est soigneusement géré.
- Interactivité : Engager des relations de qualité avec les clients pour renforcer leur satisfaction et confort.
- Ergonomie et Sécurité : Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr tout en répondant aux normes de qualité de l’hôtel.

This includes coordinating efforts of Butler Valets, and verifying that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs. Butler team members will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance).
