Titre du poste : Resident Assistant Structural Engineer (RASE) (Ref:LO-RASE(CityU)-202506)

Ce poste requiert une implication active dans la construction d’un projet complexe, incluant la réalisation de la formation de site, des fondations, ainsi que la superstructure d’un podium en construction classique en béton armé (RC). Les tours résidentielles seront, quant à elles, réalisées selon des méthodes de construction modulaire intégrée (MiC).

Qualifications et compétences requises

– Titulaire d’un bachelor’s degree en ingénierie civile ou structurelle.
– Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience post-qualification.
– Une expérience antérieure dans un projet de *MiC* ou de construction préfabriquée sera considérée comme un avantage.
– Disponibilité pour se rendre en Chine afin de réaliser des inspections d’usine à des moments déterminés.

Compétences linguistiques

Les candidats doivent satisfaire aux exigences de niveau 2 ou plus en anglais et en chinois, telles définies par le Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) ou le Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE). Un grade E en langue chinoise et anglaise est également acceptable.

– **Durée de l’emploi** : À partir de septembre 2025, contrat de 24 mois avec possibilité d’extension.
