Cette position présente une occasion unique de rejoindre une équipe de supervision de chantiers reconnue pour son efficacité et ses normes élevées dans la livraison d’infrastructures essentielles.
Responsabilités clés
Les responsabilités varieront en fonction des niveaux de compétence et incluront :
- Superviser les travaux MEICA sur site, assurant l’exactitude des enregistrements et de la documentation.
- Rendre compte à l’équipe de projet et au représentant de l’employeur.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de supervision sur plusieurs contrats.
- S’assurer que les travaux MEICA respectent les spécifications techniques.
- Évaluer les demandes de paiement des entrepreneurs et la performance par rapport aux indicateurs clés de performance.
- Revoir les procédures et soumissions MEICA des entrepreneurs, fournissant un retour d’information clair.
- Évaluer les propositions de conception et les spécifications des équipements pour garantir leur conformité avec les exigences du projet.
- Surveiller les activités de mise en service, y compris les tests de processus et de systèmes.
- Contribuer à la conformité avec les normes de qualité et de sécurité durant la livraison des projets.
Exigences pour les Candidats
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Diplôme (niveau 8 ou équivalent) en ingénierie mécanique, électrique ou discipline pertinente.
- Résident Engineer : minimum 4 ans d’expérience dans la supervision des travaux MEICA.
- Senior Resident Engineer : 7 à 10 ans d’expérience dans des projets d’ingénierie à grande échelle, de préférence dans le secteur de l’eau.
- Compréhension solide de l’industrie de l’eau/des eaux usées et des cadres de livraison de capitaux.
- Expérience dans la conception, l’installation et la mise en service des systèmes MEICA.
- Capacité à lire et à interpréter des P&ID, des schémas de câblage, et gestion de FAT/SAT.
- Connaissance approfondie des réglementations de santé et de sécurité.
- Compétence en rédaction de rapports clairs et en tenue de registres de site détaillés.
- Compétences avec Microsoft Office et outils de documentation numériques.
- Permis de conduire complet et en règle requis.

These positions support the successful delivery of a large-scale programme of Water and Wastewater infrastructure projects commissioned by Uisce Eireann.Contract Type: Fixed Term Contracts

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a highly regarded Site Supervision Team with a strong reputation for delivering vital infrastructure efficiently and to the highest standards. You will play an integral role in ensuring quality, safety and compliance across interesting and significant capital works.Key Responsibilities (depending on role level):
- Supervise MEICA works on-site, ensuring accuracy in records, measurements and documentation.
- Report to the Project Team and Employer’s Representative.
- Collaborate with site supervision teams across multiple contracts.
- Ensure MEICA works comply with specifications.
- Assess contractor claims, payment applications and performance against KPIs.
- Review contractor RAMS and MEICA submissions, providing clear feedback.
- Evaluate design submissions, equipment specifications and ensure alignment with project/client requirements.
- Oversee commissioning activities, including process proving and system testing.
- Contribute to quality and safety standards throughout project delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree-qualified (Level 8 or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Resident Engineer: Minimum 4 years’ experience in supervising MEICA works.
- Senior Resident Engineer: 7–10 years of experience in large-scale engineering projects, preferably in the water sector.
- Solid understanding of the water/wastewater industry and capital delivery frameworks.
- Experience in the design, installation and commissioning of MEICA systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs, wiring diagrams, control philosophies and managing FAT/SAT.
- Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations.
- Satisfactory knowledge of construction contracts, experience in FIDIC and Public Works forms of contract would be advantageous but not essential.
- Skilled in producing clear, detailed reports and maintaining thorough site records.
- Experience with Quality Assurance systems and contract management.
- Competency with Microsoft Office and digital documentation tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Full, clean driving licence required.
