Description du poste : Job DescriptionAre you a proven sales professional with hands-on experience in the shopfitting or building supply game? Can you walk onto a contractor’s site, a retail fit-out job, or into a dealer’s showroom and talk their talk?We’re representing one of South Africa’s established suppliers in the shopfitting and construction materials sector. They’re on the hunt for a Sales Representative who knows the commercial interiors and construction space and is hungry to grow their Cape Town territory.What’s on the table:
- R27,000 Basic + Commission
- R3,000 Fuel Card + Company Cellphone

Your clients will be:
- Shopfitters outfitting retail and commercial spaces
- Contractors and builders working on interior or structural jobs
- Distributors & dealers of shopfitting/building supplies
- Project managers sourcing finishing materials
Your edge:
- 3-5 years in building product sales or shopfitting solutions
- Solid understanding of the construction supply chain
- Confident in prospecting and cold calling in the trade sector
- Skilled in presentations, relationship-building & closing
- Must have own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Possess sharp admin and reporting abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B customers
- Identify sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and site visits
- Present and promote product offerings using tailored sales pitches
- Analyse territory trends and customer needs to achieve sales targets
- Submit regular sales activity, pipeline, and competitor reports
- Monitor market developments and provide customer feedback to improve product and service delivery
