Profil Recherché

Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :

  • Expérience : Au moins 15 ans dans le domaine des logiciels et de la gestion de la relation client (CRM), avec un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience spécifique sur la plateforme Salesforce.
  • Compétences Techniques : Une expérience avérée dans le développement de solutions technologiques, notamment la mise en œuvre de solutions CRM complètes utilisant Sales Cloud, Service Cloud et Community Cloud.
  • Certifications : La possession de la certification Salesforce Certified Technical Architect est indispensable. D’autres certifications sont appréciées, comme celles en intégration et en architecture de données.

Le candidat doit posséder les compétences suivantes :

  • Gestion de Projet : Capacité à piloter des projets pour des clients externes, avec une méthode éprouvée d’estimation de la charge de travail et de soutien aux activités préventes.
  • Analyse et Conception : Rassembler et analyser les besoins des clients afin de les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques sur Salesforce.
  • Communication : Excellentes compétences en communication, permettant d’interagir efficacement avec des audiences variées, tant techniques que non techniques.

Responsabilités Principales

  • Développer et superviser des solutions techniques complexes en collaboration avec l’équipe de développement.
  • Conduire des ateliers avec les clients pour découvrir leurs besoins et préparer des documents de conception détaillés.
  • Élaborer des intégrations entre Salesforce et d’autres systèmes en utilisant des API SOAP et REST.
  • Participer à l’élaboration de propositions et à la gestion des relations avec les clients pendant le cycle de vie des projets.

  • Extensive experience of implementing end to end CRM solution using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
  • Experience in working on proposals, estimating scope of work and supporting pre-sales activities
  • Transforming business requirement into Salesforce functional and technical requirements
  • Expertise in Lead Management process, Quote to Cash process, Case Management and Call Center process
  • Conducting customer workshop during project discovery, preparing end to end Solution design documents and working with development team as per project requirement
  • Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, package and deploy solutions to the client’s Salesforce.com organization.
  • Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client business needs and translate these into technical solutions.
  • Experience of Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST API
