Le poste de SAP Business Analyst est une double opportunité : rejoindre une équipe dynamique tout en contribuant à la mise en place d’un projet d’envergure dans le secteur public. Le candidat retenu travaillera en étroite collaboration avec des architectes de solutions expérimentés, ce qui représentera un apport significatif à son développement professionnel.
Responsabilités
Les responsabilités du Business Analyst comprennent, sans s’y limiter :
- Représenter l’entreprise avec professionnalisme dans un environnement de travail diversifié.
- Participer à des réunions d’équipe interfonctionnelles pour élaborer des solutions d’affaires et évaluer l’impact des produits ERP.
- Assister à l’analyse et la refonte des processus métiers relatifs à ses domaines d’affectation.
- Documenter les spécifications des besoins et assurer la mise à jour des processus métiers.
- Coordonner les interrelations entre différentes applications et résoudre les problèmes connexes.
- Réaliser des revues post-implémentation et suivre les applications métiers.
- Maintenir la confidentialité des informations en toutes circonstances.
- Établir des relations positives avec les clients et les membres de l’équipe.
Exigences du poste
Éducation :
- Diplôme de Graduate ou Post Graduate en Informatique, Systèmes d’Information de Gestion ou domaine équivalent.
- Les certifications SAP ou Oracle sont un atout.
- Maîtrise des langues anglaise et arabe requise.
Expérience pertinente :
- 2-3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Expérience avérée dans la collecte et la documentation des exigences des systèmes.
- Connaissance de l’implémentation et de l’intégration de systèmes d’entreprise.
Compétences requises :
- Excellentes compétences en communication.
- Capacité à mener des sessions de formation.
- Compréhension des technologies comme levier de solution.

📝 Description du poste : Müller’s Solutions, a distinguished consulting firm specializing in Tech Outsourcing, Managed Services, SAP Implementation & Support, and Global Tech Recruitment, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a significant team currently engaged in the development of an enterprise solution within the public sector. The selected candidate will collaborate with a team of experienced solution architects to enhance their knowledge and competencies in the designated domain. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping business processes, performing application testing, conducting end-user training, and troubleshooting issues related to existing applications.Responsibilities
- Demonstrates professionalism as a representative of AEC, successfully collaborating within a diverse work environment.
- Engages in cross-functional team meetings aimed at formulating and executing business solutions while enhancing operational efficiency. Performs impact assessments of ERP products and other applications, systems, upgrades, and modifications across functional areas, and evaluates both systems and business processes.
- Assists in the analysis and redesign of business processes pertaining to the assigned domain(s).
- Ensures a comprehensive understanding of necessary business functions and processes, documenting these accordingly.
- Documents requirements specifications for enhancements, upgrades, and remaining legacy functions in accordance with standard templates. Aids in the documentation of requirements and procedures.
- Coordinates with other application areas to address interdependencies and resolve issues.
- Oversees post-implementation reviews and monitors business applications within the assigned domain(s).
- Participates in the Change Request process to authorize, document, test, and validate all modifications to the ERP and other applications.
- Maintains the confidentiality of information at all times.
- Shares confidential information acquired during the course of employment only with authorized individuals and with prior approvals as required.
- Fosters and maintains effective and productive relationships with customers and other team members.
RequirementsEDUCATION:
- A Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field from a reputable national or international educational institution.
- Certification in either SAP or Oracle is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is required.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting system requirements as well as detailing system functional design for business application solutions, alongside addressing related implementation issues from a functional standpoint.
- Familiarity with enterprise-wide system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversion.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
- Experience in the defense sector is considered a plus.
