Rôle et responsabilités
En tant que SAP Technology Manager, vous intégrerez l’équipe dédiée aux Technologies SAP, où vous serez responsable de la gestion des systèmes SAP au sein de l’un des environnements SAP les plus complexes au monde. Vos principales missions incluront :
- Contribuer à l’excellence opérationnelle en dirigeant des experts pour concevoir et architecturer des solutions SAP.
- Diriger des projets informatiques mondiaux, notamment la transformation vers SAP S/4 HANA.
- Assurer le soutien opérationnel efficace et coordonner les services nécessaires à la gestion des produits et plateformes.

Compétences techniques requises
Pour exceller dans ce poste, les candidats devront justifier des compétences suivantes :
- Diplôme en informatique, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience technique et de leadership, avec une expérience prouvée dans la gestion de la performance.
- Connaissance approfondie des technologies et produits SAP (certification SAP souhaitée).
- Expérience significative en SAP BASIS, HANA et SUSE, ainsi qu’une gestion complexe des infrastructures.
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à effectuer des analyses approfondies des causes des incidents.
Points bonus
Les candidats possédant des certifications SAP, une expérience récente dans des projets S/4 HANA, et une bonne compréhension de l’IT Security seront particulièrement appréciés.
Compétences interpersonnelles
Une capacité à collaborer au sein d’une équipe mondiale tout en communiquant des détails techniques de manière claire à des publics non techniques est essentielle. – As a member of the SAP Technologies area, you will use your expertise and passion to contribute to the teams success within one of the largest and most complex SAP implementations in the world

The SAP Technology Manager is accountable for the continuous value delivery of IT Product Groups and Platforms. – Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
– A minimum of 5 years of strong technical and people leadership experience, with a proven track record of establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics.
– In-depth knowledge of SAP Technologies and Products SAP certification is highly advantageous.
– Extensive technical experience in SAP BASIS, HANA, and SUSE (preferably with Pacemaker experience), totaling over 12 years.
– Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure setups.
– Familiarity with S/4HANA, including Fiori, embedded gateway, and technical conversions.
– Strong problem-solving skills, with expertise in incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA).
– Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and best practices.
– Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create comprehensive and organized documentation, including standards and procedures.Bonus Points If You:
– Hold SAP Technology Certifications.
– Have recent implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA in both brownfield and greenfield projects.
