Le poste de Consultant en Sécurité chez Kyndryl offre une occasion unique de devenir un acteur clé dans la protection des organisations face aux menaces numériques. Dans un environnement en constante évolution, le consultant sera responsable de garantir la confidentialité, l’intégrité et la disponibilité des informations.
Responsabilités Principales
Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Évaluation et Analyse : Évaluer la posture de sécurité actuelle des clients, identifier les vulnérabilités et proposer des recommandations adaptées.
- Mise en Œuvre : Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des mesures de sécurité, incluant des systèmes de contrôle d’accès, des pare-feu et des technologies de cryptage.
- Collaboration : Travailler étroitement avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins spécifiques en matière de sécurité et les orienter vers les meilleures pratiques.
- Audits de Sécurité : Réaliser des audits approfondis pour garantir la conformité aux politiques et standards de sécurité établis.
Formation et Mise à Jour Continue
L’approche proactive dans le domaine de la cybersécurité est primordiale. Les consultants seront amenés à se former régulièrement sur les dernières menaces et tendances en matière de sécurité.
Profils Recherchés
Compétences et Expérience Requises :
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en consultation et mise en œuvre des systèmes de sécurité.
- Expérience dans la gestion des risques liés à la sécurité de l’information.
- Compétences en communication, capables d’expliquer des concepts techniques à des publics variés.
- Capacité d’adaptation face aux nouvelles menaces et technologies.
Compétences Préférées :
- Expérience avec des cadres de sécurité tels que NIST et RMF.
- Compétences en sécurité cloud et gestion des incidents.

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in information security consulting and implementation, with a strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies
- Experience managing risks related to the use of processing, storing, or transmitting information to reduce or eliminate impact, integrity, or availability of information and information systems
- Experience conducting security and risk assessments using security frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, Common Criteria)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to adapt to changing security threats and technologies and stay updated with the latest security trends and best practices
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
- Understanding and application of NIST Control Framework, Critical Security Controls, and other related regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Experience with cloud security, cyber resiliency/incident management, Zero Trust, network/EDGE security, and emerging technologies such as IoT and AI
