Résumé du Poste
Le rôle de l’Analyste Senior en Sourcing et Contracting implique la gestion des processus d’approvisionnement et de contractualisation au sein du Centre de Services Partagés (SSC) pour des catégories indirectes à faible risque. Ce poste offre une chance unique de contribuer à des activités d’approvisionnement et de contractualisation en collaboration avec les régions et segments de gestion des fournisseurs.
- Gestion des processus : Responsabilité dans la gestion complète de l’approvisionnement en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise.
- Compliance : Conformité aux stratégies régionales et aux meilleures pratiques en matière d’approvisionnement.
- Formation : Formation et assistance aux utilisateurs finaux sur les outils et processus liés à l’approvisionnement.
- Communication : Partenaire proactif avec les utilisateurs finaux, en assurant un suivi des objectifs.
- Amélioration continue : Soutenir l’optimisation des procédures et outils au sein de l’entreprise.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal possède un ensemble de qualifications qui lui permettra d’exceller dans ce rôle.
- Éducation : Licence en Économie, Ingénierie ou Administration des Affaires requise, un Master est un plus.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’espagnol, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
- Expérience : Solide parcours en gestion des fournisseurs, sourcing et contractualisation.
- Compétences : Excellentes compétences en gestion des données, en analyse et en gestion des parties prenantes.
- Technologie : Connaissance des outils SAP et Ariba, expérience dans un environnement de Centre de Services Partagés est un plus.

By doing so we touch millions of people’s lives every day.And we need people like you to make it happen.We empower you to reach your potential with opportunities to make an impact to be proud of – for food, people and the planet.Job SummaryThe Senior Sourcing and Contracting Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting processes within the Shared Services Center (SSC) on low-risk of indirect categories and to provide support on S&C portfolio activities for Supplier Management Regions and Segments.
This is a full-time position based at our Tetra Pak office in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil OR at Panama City.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
This is a sensitive position according the AEO Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.What you will do
- Manage sourcing and contracting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies
- Drive compliance to category and regional strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices
- Deliver training and support the End User in relevant tools, usually through 1:1 instruction
- Participate in target follow up and corrective action. Communicates results and acts as a proactive partner to End Users
- Ensures correct usage of relevant tools, flows and data compliance.
- Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships.
- Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner/Focal Point for a designated team.
- Works according to good practices and facilitate networking on site. Support continuous improvements of procedures and tools
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree, could be Economics, Technologies Engineering or Business Administration open to any related field.
- Master’s degree will be a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both in writing and speaking
- Strong experience in the area of supplier base management, sourcing & contracting
- Proven data management and analytical skills
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience with SAP and Ariba is preferred
- Shared Service Center and Manufacturing background is considered as an advantage
- Ability to make recommendations regarding operational changes when is required to the continuous production flow
- Desire for continuous personal development, to create dynamism and achieving annual goals
- Proactive, positive, a real can-do attitude, international mindset
- Ability to work both individually and as a team player
