Description du Poste

La mission du Cloudified LoB Solution Advisor est d’atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de réservations pour les services de Cloud Subscription dans la région BeNeLux. Ce poste exige une maîtrise du processus de vente, ainsi qu’une capacité à accompagner les clients durant toutes les phases, de l’avant-vente à la mise en œuvre.

Les services Cloudified LoB englobent des solutions telles que Preferred Success et Cloud Application Services, positionnées pour optimiser l’adoption et l’utilisation des logiciels par nos clients. Le candidat idéal sera capable de définir et de positionner ces services de manière stratégique au sein de l’ensemble du portefeuille SAP, en veillant à ce que les visions des clients soient réalisées efficacement.

Zone de Responsabilités Clés

  • Conseil de Confiance : Établir une relation de confiance en « parlant affaires » avec les niveau exécutif des clients.
  • Développement de Plans : Élaborer des plans de territoire et de comptes en utilisant toutes les ressources disponibles.
  • Propositions Logiciels : Rédiger des devis et propositions pour les services pertinents.
  • Collaboration Étroite : Contribuer efficacement à l’équipe de compte virtuel et construire des relations solides en interne.
  • Sessions de Découverte : Animer des sessions de découverte client pour définir les besoins.

Exigences et Qualifications

  • Expérience : Minimum de 3 à 5 ans de succès dans la vente dans le secteur des logiciels d’entreprise.
  • Connaissances SAP : Expertise dans au moins une ou deux solutions SAP avec une connaissance générale des autres produits SAP.
  • Compétences en Communication : Maîtrise des compétences de communication à l’écrit et à l’oral en anglais et néerlandais.
  • Esprit d’Initiative : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à se fixer des objectifs personnels.

We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.The terms Cloudified LoB refers to the specific Cloud Subscription services such as Preferred Success (PRS), Preferred Success Expanded Edition (PSEE), Cloud Application Services (CAS).The primary goal of the Cloudified Services Solution Advisor (SSA) is to achieve and exceed an overall bookings target for Cloudified Subscription Services for the allocated territory in BeNeLuxt.This position will have responsibility for defining and positioning cloudified services across the entire SAP portfolio for Private & Public Cloud.The Cloudified LoB SSA must have a good command of the sales process and be able to progress an opportunity through each stage in the sales cycle for a successful close.The primary goal of this role is to ensure the customer’s vision for software adoption, consumption and deployment is successfully transitioned from pre-sales through implementation and go-live.Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

  • Be a Trusted Advisor and « Talk Business »
  • Deal with Customer Executive Level
  • Understand how the SAP Software is positioned to customer
  • Develop a territory plan and account plans leveraging all assets available (e. g. lines of service, marketing, delivery) to drive pipeline and close opportunities
  • Be able to create Software quotes and proposals for the relevant services
  • Update, maintain, and accurately report out regular updates to sales forecast and territory plan
  • Facilitate customer discovery and implementation scoping sessions to define requirements for input into implementation plans, estimates, resource models, and pricing models
  • Be a strong contributor to the Virtual Account Team
  • Build strong internal relationships with Account Executives (AEs) and Services Account Executives (SAEs), and with services delivery, product management, and other groups
  • Coordinate with other internal resources, experts, and teams in formulating overall customer solutions and services for driving customer success.

Experience & Language Requirements

  • 3-5 year track record of sales success in the enterprise software and services industry. Ideally, a combination of both direct enterprise software sales and direct services sales
  • Very Experienced in the at least one or two areas of SAP software and have knowledge of all the different SAP solutions
  • Additional Experience in Implementation Projects is welcome
  • Professional presence to prepare and conduct a discovery session with customers and ability to adjust messaging by audience (Executive, Business, IT)
  • Proven experience with identifying opportunities and managing them through sales process to close
  • Lead and influence internal teams to drive pipeline and support the deal closure
  • Background and experience in value selling and solution selling of enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of SAPs Partners, Competitors and the regional IT Industry
  • Treating customers and colleagues with respect, fairness and consideration Ethics
  • Be Self-Driven and Setting Personal Objectives
  • Be a self starter, highly motivated to research a customer’s situation and industry in order to prepare for meetings, continuously review and update territory and opportunity plans, and have the leadership to leverage the SAP assets available

  • Fluent communications skills in both English and Dutch.
