Description du poste
Le rôle de Senior Credit Analyst – German speaking est clé au sein de l’équipe Finance Business & Technology. Ce poste demande une capacité à évaluer la solvabilité des clients en fonction de la politique de crédit et de la délégation d’autorité.
Responsabilités principales :
- Réalisation d’évaluations de crédit systématiques et ponctuelles, incluant l’analyse des données financières des clients.
- Prise de décisions appropriées sur le risque et les limites de crédit.
- Définition des types et besoins de garanties spécifiques aux clients.
- Suivi de la gestion des garanties et coordination avec les équipes de vente et les institutions bancaires.
- Préparation d’évaluations de haute qualité au-delà de la délégation d’autorité pour approbation.
- Surveillance continue du portefeuille client pour anticiper les alertes de crédit.
Exposition et gestion des risques :
- Contrôle de l’exposition par rapport aux limites de crédit et aux arriérés de paiement.
- Analyse des tendances au sein du portefeuille et formulation de recommandations pour une gestion des risques améliorée.
- Coopération régulière avec les équipes afin d’assurer une communication fluide sur les enjeux de crédit.
Compétences requises :
- Diplôme universitaire en Économie ou Finance souhaité.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de crédit ou de recouvrement dans un environnement international.
- Maîtrise des langues anglaise et allemande, compétences en SAP et SalesForce un atout.
- Capacité à gérer des situations complexes tout en équilibrant les intérêts des clients et de l’entreprise.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.

- analyze as the part of the credit assessment the financial information data of the customer (balance sheet, profit and loss, agency reports etc.), soft facts of the customer
- make the right and timely conclusion and decision (risk rating, credit limit)
- define the overall need and type of securities for individual customers.
- manage right handling for these securities.
- coordinate with sales, customer and / or banks details on securities requested.
- prepare high quality assessments above the own Delegation of Authority for further approval.
- take decision to block / unblock customers from delivery.
- continuous monitoring customers’ portfolio regarding alerts
- be able to identify key, strategic or high-risk business customers and issues and take actions together with the relevant partners.
Exposure Management and Monitoring by
- monitoring of exposure regarding credit limit and overdue
- investigate and analyze portfolio trends, assess root causes, and make suggestions on risk mitigations and improvements.
- provide and receive information on shared customers by coordinating regular meetings and audios.
Understand the business and drive execution by
- support sales to find ways of working even with problematic customers.
- keep close contact to sales by attending and/or organizing regular meetings on credit matters.
- be a business partner to balance the risk and enable the business.
Credit Insurance perform related processes for the relevant customers.
- Define the overall need of credit insurance.
- align with the regional Credit Manager
What You will need to be successful:
- University Degree or equivalent experience in Economics or Finance field is preferred.
- Broad credit analysis knowledge
- Credit management background gained in banking, financial services, or a blue-chip credit environment
- Fluent English and German language knowledge
- 5+ years of Cash Collection, Credit Management, or similar finance experience in an international environment
- SAP and SalesForce knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus.
- Ability to produce high-quality assessments within tight deadlines.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
