Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle clé au sein de l’unité commerciale des Solutions Vidéo et Données Automobiles (AVDS) d’Analog, en tant que spécialiste des produits GMSL (Gigabit Multimedia Serial Links). Cette position impliquera des travaux en étroite collaboration avec des fabricants d’automobiles mondiaux sur leurs conceptions de systèmes ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) et d’affichage dans le véhicule.
Responsabilités
Le titulaire du poste aura diverses responsabilités, notamment :
- Expertise produit : Devenir un expert en GMSL, en se concentrant sur l’évaluation des nouveaux circuits intégrés (ICs) et en automatisant les tests bancaires.
- Support technique : Fournir un support technique rapide aux clients, équipes sur le terrain, et ingénieurs concepteurs.
- Développement de matériel et logiciels : Concevoir et tester des cartes d’application pour valider les produits GMSL et élaborer des systèmes de démonstration.
- Rédaction technique : Créer des notes d’application, des guides d’utilisateur, et d’autres documents de publication interne ou externe.
- Interaction internationale : Voyager pour soutenir les clients et collaborer avec les équipes de conception et sur le terrain d’Analog à l’échelle mondiale.
Qualifications Minimales
Les candidats doivent remplir les critères suivants :
- Diplôme : BSEE requis, avec une bonne compréhension des principes fondamentaux en électronique analogique et numérique.
- Compétences communicationnelles : Excellentes compétences verbales et écrites.
- Connaissances techniques : Expérience dans la conception et le débogage de PCB.
Qualifications Préférées
Les qualifications suivantes sont considérées comme un atout :
- Diplôme Supérieur : MSEE de préférence.
- Expérience spécifique : Connaissance des liens série haute vitesse et des protocoles de communication tels que I2C, UART, et SPI.
- Connaissance des systèmes électroniques automobiles : Connaissance des normes de sécurité et qualité automobile, ainsi que des standards EMI/EMC.

#LI-NA1Job Description Summary:Analog’s Automotive Video and Data Solutions (AVDS) business unit is seeking a mid-level Applications Engineer as a core contributor to our cutting-edge GMSL (Gigabit Multimedia Serial Links) product line’s team. In this position you will work with global car manufacturers on their ADAS (camera) and In-Vehicle Infotainment (display) system designs and implementations. You will also design and develop hardware, firmware, and software to evaluate Analog’s integrated circuits while using high-end lab equipment to characterize device operation for both new product development and customer support.The primary work location is on-site at an Analog facility where our ACE, Serial Links engineering teams are located, with some work-from-home flexibility available. This position is targeted at our [Istanbul Turkey / Beaverton OR / Chandler AZ / Colorado Springs CO] offices.Responsibilities Include:
- Be a product expert in High-Speed Automotive Serial Links (GMSL)
- Lab evaluation of new ICs to gain expert-level knowledge in device operation, including measurement collection and software authoring to automate bench tests
- Providing quick-turn technical applications support to customers, global field teams, Product Definers, and Design Engineers which includes educating, answering questions, developing architectures, and solving problems with customers related to both new and existing Analog Devices’ parts and boards
- Gaining experience in display and camera technologies, transmission line theory, industry standard control interfaces, automotive EMI/BCI standards, and automotive functional safety
- Designing, laying-out, building, and testing application boards to validate GMSL products, and developing demonstration systems to show-off industry-leading features to potential and existing customers
- Writing application notes, user guides, articles, new product proposals, and evaluation kit manuscripts for internal and/or external publication
- Working with Business Managers and the global field team to secure new design wins by providing technical insight to engineers at key OEM and Tier-1 customers
- Traveling (domestic and international) will be required for customer support and to meet with Analog’s global design and field teams to provide training, lab work, demonstrations, and other remote operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- BSEE required, including a strong understanding of EE fundamentals and analog/digital electronics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of PCB design and layout, and system/hardware debug experience
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional and interdepartmental teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- MSEE preferred
- High speed serial links experience and knowledge of serial communications protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, I2S, and RMII/RGMII/SGMII
- Existing experience in an Applications Engineering role, in analog or digital design, or in a Systems Engineering role
- Experience in PCB design, layout, and signal integrity/power delivery simulations
- Working knowledge of video transmission standards such as DisplayPort, HDMI, oLDI, and others
- Working knowledge of automotive electronic systems, particularly ADAS and infotainment, automotive safety and quality standards and EMI/EMC standards, and FPGA design
