Description du Poste

Le rôle de Senior Field Marketer consiste à développer et exécuter une stratégie marketing régionale spécifiquement pour l’Europe du Sud. Ce professionnel est responsable de la gestion des comptes, des contacts et de l’allocation du budget marketing à travers les activités liées aux partenaires, clients et prospects. En collaboration avec les équipes Événements, Digital, Marque et Partenariats, ce rôle nécessite d’excellentes compétences en communication et un sens aigu de la collaboration.

Missions Principales :

  • Développer la stratégie marketing régionale pour les produits Bloomreach en EMEA.
  • Analyser les KPI de ventes et marketing, tout en examinant le pipeline de ventes sur l’ensemble de la région.
  • Gérer et exécuter tous les campagnes et événements destinés aux partenaires, clients et prospects.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour prioriser les campagnes.

Qualités et Compétences Requises

  • Capacité d’initiative et volonté de prendre des approches innovantes.
  • Compétences en communication en anglais et dans au moins une des langues suivantes : français, italien ou espagnol.

This person is also responsible for allocating the marketing budget across partner, customer and prospect activities.You’ll have to work closely with our Events, Digital, Brand and Partnerships teams to build, own and execute a regional marketing strategy for our target industries. It’s an exciting role that requires good communication skills, the ability to collaborate with a wide network of internal and external stakeholders and a self-starting attitude to getting things done!You’ll be responsible for growing the value and number of sales opportunities for the region as well as owning all customer and partner marketing within the region. That means running hosted workshops, dinners, webinars and other events and campaigns for all of Bloomreach’s partners, customers and prospects in the region.You will work in one of our Central-European offices (Brno, Prague or Bratislava) or from home (Czechia / Slovakia) on a full-time basis. The salary stats at €2500 Gross (monthly) (applicable for Slovakia only) depending on your level of seniority.About you

Job descriptionYour job will be to:

  • Create, own and execute the regional marketing strategy for Bloomreach products in the EMEA region.
  • Report on sales and marketing KPIs and analyze the end-to-end sales pipeline for the region.
  • Create and run all regionalized campaigns in the region including dinners, workshops, webinars, direct mail campaigns, emails, landing pages and more.
  • Align with the Channel/Sales team to deliver priority campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead the evaluation and analysis of marketing performance in the region and recommend improvements.
