• Provide timely and efficient HR partnership support. Ensure that all HR processes and procedures are managed in line with Syngenta policies and local regulations/standards. Key to this regard is to ensure that all processes are managed within the ethics and compliance standards of the company
• Provide guidance to Line Managers on local HR policies, procedures and processes related to the employee life cycle including but not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and reward, talent development, employee retention and engagement, employee relations, etc.
• Conduct Exit Interviews, Info Sessions for Remote Line Managers, Onboarding HR sessions for New Hires and New Line Managers. Responsible for keeping content up to date.
• Involvement in Diversity and Inclusion and other Employee Engagement Activities within the MVD Center-
• Contribute to HR and business projects aimed at developing solutions related to people (Development, Leadership, Diversity)
• Participate in global projects
• Be part of global project teams.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
• Previous experience in global companies and large organizations supporting GBS organizations and fast-paced Operational functions will be added advantage.
• University Degree related to HR field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology among others). Post-degrees studies will be valued.
• A good understanding and interpretation of local legislation. Knowledge of other countries’ legislations will be highly valued.
• Fluency in English is a must-have (oral and writing).
• Familiarity and understanding of HR systems, preferably Workday.
