La joint-venture Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) est le fruit d’une collaboration entre Rheinmetall, un leader mondial dans les secteurs de la défense et de l’automobile, et 4iG, le principal intégrateur de systèmes informatiques en Hongrie. Mission du poste
Le rôle de Senior IT Project Manager M&A est essentiel pour le succès croissant de R4. Ce poste inclut :
- Planification, exécution et gestion de projets IT en lien avec les fusions et acquisitions (M&A).
- Analyse des besoins, due-diligence et conception de solutions en coordination avec les départements concernés.
- Identification et résolution des dépendances, changements et risques au cours de la planification de projets.
- Conduite d’ateliers et de réunions de projet pour assurer une collaboration efficace.
- Pilotage d’équipes interdisciplinaires et de partenaires externes.
- Responsabilité des budgets et des délais, ainsi que le respect des normes de qualité établies.
- Reporting et communication des résultats des projets à tous les intéressés.
- Définition et suivi des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour évaluer le succès des initiatives d’intégration IT.
Profil recherché
Pour garantir le succès de cette mission, plusieurs compétences et expériences sont requises :
- Expérience en projets IT M&A, avec un accent particulier sur les activités de due-diligence.
- Formation complétée en informatique (business), ingénierie, ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets IT au sein d’environnements multinationaux.
- Certifications en gestion de projet (PMI, Prince2) sont un plus apprécié.
- Connaissance de modèles de processus variés, notamment le modèle Stage-gate.
- Compétences analytiques élevées, capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à s’organiser efficacement.
- Gestion des risques, analyse des exigences et conception conceptuelle.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et présentation de projets devant des comités.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’allemand à un niveau professionnel, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

📝 Description du poste : Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defence and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary’s leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall’s local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike. - Planning, execution, documentation and management of IT M&A projects, including the performance of all required activities in all project phases
- Requirements analysis – due-diligence – and solution design in coordination with business or IT departments
- Identification and resolution of dependencies, changes and risks in project planning
- Conducting workshops and project meetings
- Steering of interdisciplinary project teams and external partners
- Responsibility of budget and time targets as well as adherence to quality standards
- Reporting, communication and alignment of project results and details with all stakeholders
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of IT integration initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise IT environments, including systems like SAP, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), is a strong advantage.
What you will need for successful work
- Experience in IT M&A projects, with high focus on due-diligence activities
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering, technical business administration or a comparable qualification
- 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects in multinational environment and knowledge of various process models
- Certificates in project management PMI, Prince2
- Experience with Stage-gate model
- Detail-oriented, technically profound thinking and multitasking ability
- Strong analytical skills, high organizational talent
- Experience in risk management as well as requirements analysis and conceptual design
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong presentation skills, ability to represent the project in front of committees and board
- Good proficiency in English and in German (business level), both written and spoken
