Exigences
- Formation : Diplôme de Bachelor ou équivalent en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience professionnelle : Plus de 10 ans en développement logiciel, avec un minimum de 5 ans en tant que développeur senior.
- Expérience en leadership : Au moins 2 ans, 3 ans de préférence.
- Expérience produit SaaS : Minimum 3 ans, 6 ans de préférence.
- Expertise : Développement moderne, cloud-native en utilisant .NET.
- Compétence: Design orienté objet en .NET et compréhension des principes CI/CD.
- Expérience : Connaissance de CQRS et d’architecture basée sur les événements.
- Compétence avancée : Décomposition d’applications monolithiques via le design piloté par le domaine.
- Leadership : Capacité à diriger et à éduquer des pratiques modernes de développement.
Responsabilités du Poste
- Concevoir, coder et livrer des solutions pour des histoires Agile de haute complexité.
- Collaborer avec les architectes pour créer des conceptions et architectures de solutions logicielles à grande échelle.
- Encadrer les ingénieurs logiciels afin de favoriser leur développement professionnel.
- Résoudre des bugs complexes en identifiant les causes profondes.
- Écrire des tests automatisés sous sa propre direction.
- Suivre les normes de développement et effectuer des revues de code.
- Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe.

- Bachelor’s degree, or higher education level, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, and/or related field
- Total Work Experience: 10+ years (software development), 5+ years minimum
- Leadership Experience: 2 years minimum, 3 years preferred
- SaaS Product Experience: 3 years minimum; 6 years preferred.
- Expert of scalable, resilient, modern, cloud-native microservice development with .NET.
- Expert in Object-oriented design with .NET development.
- Expert with CI/CD to deliver software enhancements to customers with full automation.
- Experience with CQRS, event-driven architecture, and Kafka.
- Experience decomposing monolithic applications using Domain-Driven Design
- Excels in the ability to lead, teach, and guide modern software-development practices across Product Development, operating independently with guidance.
Job responsibilities
- Designs, codes, and delivers solutions to production for high-complexity Agile stories, independently across multiple domain or platform areas.
- Creates a conceptual design/architecture for large scale software solutions in collaboration with architects.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to software engineers to help them grow.
- Debugs and resolves high complexity software bugs or issues, working independently, and finds the real root cause and provide a fix without collateral damage.
- Writes automated unit and integration-level tests under own direction.
- Follows development standards and effectively demonstrate technical solutions to other developers in code reviews.
- Perform other related duties and activities as required.
