La Thomson Reuters Foundation, fondation corporate de l’entreprise Thomson Reuters, recrute un Senior Project Coordinator pour rejoindre son équipe des programmes à Manille. Ce rôle est offert sous un contrat à durée déterminée d’un an, dans un cadre où les compétences en médias, droit et données sont mises à profit pour renforcer les pratiques commerciales responsables et soutenir le journalisme indépendant.
Le candidat retenu aura pour mission de gérer divers processus liés à la mise en œuvre des projets internationaux, plus particulièrement au sein du portfolio Responsible Business. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion des données, le suivi financier et administratif, ainsi que la coordination des activités de l’équipe.
Principales responsabilités :
- Coordination des processus financiers : gestion de la comptabilité, des prévisions budgétaires et du management des fournisseurs.
- Support à la mise en œuvre des projets en organisant la logistique des événements (virtuels et en personne).
- Suivi et documentation des projets par le biais d’outils tels que Salesforce.
- Facilitation des échanges de connaissances et des apprentissages au sein de l’équipe.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats au poste de Senior Project Coordinator doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
Qualifications et compétences requises :
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le domaine du développement international ou des droits de l’homme.
- Capacité avérée à jongler avec plusieurs échéances et livrables.
- Expérience significative en gestion administrative et financière, notamment en suivi budgétaire.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de communication.
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et connaissance des bases de données (ex. Salesforce).
- Anglais courant et flexibilité pour travailler en horaires alignés avec le Royaume-Uni.
Compétences supplémentaires souhaitées :
- Connaissance des pratiques commerciales responsables et des initiatives de formation dans le domaine des médias, en particulier en Asie du Sud ou du Sud-Est.
- Passion pour les droits de l’homme et collaboration à distance au sein d’équipes multiculturelles.

In this role, you will support the implementation of international projects within the Responsible Business portfolio. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will manage portfolio data, oversee financial and administrative processes, contribute to project monitoring and learning, and coordinate team activities. You will also lead specific capacity-building initiatives and organize convenings that advance our mission.About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Senior Project Coordinator, you will:Coordinate financial processes across the Responsible Business portfolio, including accounting, procurement, forecasting, and vendor management.Support project implementation by organizing logistics for remote and in-person activities, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Maintain project data and tools, such as work plans, risk registers, and financial trackers, ensuring alignment with TRF policies.Lead project monitoring efforts, capturing data in Salesforce, documenting impact, and contributing to internal and external reporting.Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning, supporting team discussions, documenting lessons learned, and participating in stakeholder events.Manage consultant contracts and payments, ensuring timely execution and compliance with organizational procedures.Provide administrative and logistical support, including travel coordination, contact management, and general portfolio operations.About YouYou’re a fit for the role of Senior Project Coordinator if you have the following required qualifications:At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar project coordination role, ideally within international development or human rights.Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, delivering results on time and within budget.Strong experience with administrative and financial processes, including budget management and impact data monitoring.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with databases like Salesforce is a plus.Fluency in English and willingness to align part of your working hours with UK time at least three times a week.Under our Responsible Business work we encourage collaboration and harness data insights to promote responsible business practices and corporate transparency, enabling businesses to thrive whilst doing no harm.
