Description du poste
AECOM recherche actuellement un(e) Senior Project Schedule/Controls Specialist pour intégrer son équipe à Ciudad de Panamá. Ce poste inclut des responsabilités variées, notamment :
- Développement et mise en œuvre de systèmes d’administration et de reporting des coûts.
- Évaluation des performances de coûts des projets.
- Actualisation des journaux de tendances et de changements.
- Coordination avec les équipe d’ingénierie et de comptabilité.
- Préparation de rapports de coûts et suivi de l’évolution des projets.
- Développement de structures WBS efficaces.
Ces responsabilités exigent une capacité d’analyse accrue et des compétences en gestion de projet, tant en termes de suivi des coûts que de planification des horaires.
Qualifications requises
Exigences minimales :
- Diplôme en ingénierie civile ou équivalent avec au moins 8 ans d’expérience.
- Expérience dans le domaine de la planification et du contrôle de projets dans l’infrastructure.
Qualifications souhaitées :
- 15 ans d’expérience dans un domaine lié.
- Connaissance pratique des projets de grandes infrastructures, notamment avec Primavera P6 et Microsoft Project.
- Compréhension détaillée des méthodes de planification et de contrôle de projets, ainsi que des pratiques de valeur acquise.
- Compétences avérées dans les applications de logiciels standard.
- Bilinguisme en anglais et espagnol.

Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM has an immediate opportunity available for a Senior Project Schedule/Controls Specialist for employment in Panama City, Panama.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement cost administration and reporting systems including estimates, budgets, schedules, manhour and cost progressing, and earned value reports.
- Assess project cost performance based on spent, commitments, earned value and forecasts.
- Keep up to date trend and change logs and help ensure overall implementation of the change management procedure.
- Prepare cost reports and provide regular updates to teams on cost and schedule tracking and performance of projects.
- Liaise with engineering personnel regarding scope, changes, trends, forecasts, progress, etc.
- Liaise with accounting personnel regarding actual costs and accrual values and ensure overall good coordination between project cost systems and accounting systems.
- Liaise with subcontractors regarding progress, schedules, contract administration, etc.
- Coordinate with other project personnel to develop effective WBS structures.
- Prepare and maintain engineering earned value reports.
- Provide cost and schedule input to monthly and or bi-weekly reporting, including evaluations and presentations of current status; compare forecasts to the approved budgets and provide explanations of variances.
- Ensure all project control procedures are in place and being followed.
- Collect, analyze and reduce cost data to statistics and metrics for use in benchmarking, scoping studies, execution planning and estimating.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements
- Civil engineer or similar with + 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency
- Experience and/or education in project schedule & controls for the infrastructure industry
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in related field
- Practical knowledge of heavy civil or construction projects, with proven experience developing resource loaded schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Detailed knowledge of project planning and scheduling methods, practices, and earned value.
- Comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures and financial obligations that would apply to projects.
- Expert in standard server software applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual – English and Spanish
