Careem recherche un *Senior Software Engineer* pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des systèmes capables de transformer ses solutions d’intelligence artificielle en plateformes durables et prêtes pour la production.

Responsabilités

– **Intégration des Flux de Travail et des Systèmes** : Création de flux de travail fin aux extrémités intégrant des modèles AI dans les plateformes existantes.
– **Architecture Scalabilité et Infrastructure** : Construction et maintien de microservices, APIs et solutions conteneurisées, optimisant performance et fiabilité dans des environnements cloud (AWS).
– **Collaboration et Engagement des Parties Prenantes** : Interaction avec les chefs de produits et parties prenantes pour définir les exigences techniques.

Compétences Requises

Formation et Expérience
– Diplôme en Informatique, Génie Logiciel ou domaine connexe.
– Au moins 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en développement logiciel, avec une expertise dans l’architecture et l’automatisation de systèmes complexes.

Compétences Techniques

Maîtrise des langages de programmation comme Python et Java.
Solides connaissances en microservices et APIs, architectures orientées événements, et services conteneurisés (Docker, Kubernetes).
Expérience avérée en pipelines CI/CD et infrastructures en tant que code (Terraform).

Compétences Interpersonnelles

Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec diverses équipes et à communiquer clairement tant sur le plan technique que non technique.

Atouts Souhaitables

Familiarité avec les concepts AI/ML et utilisation de frameworks comme PyTorch ou TensorFlow.

– Design and implement end-to-end workflows that integrate AI models into existing platforms.
– Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to transition prototypes into high-availability production systems.Scalable Architecture & Infrastructure
– Develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and containerized solutions for seamless deployment and scaling.
– Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in cloud environments (AWS).Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
– Work with product managers and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and success metrics.
– Present complex technical concepts, progress updates, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.What You’ll NeedEducation & Experience
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
– 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a track record of architecting and scaling complex systems.Technical Proficiency
– Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, and Java.
– Microservices & APIs: Strong experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, and containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes).
– Cloud & DevOps: Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and cloud platforms (AWS).
– Data Integration & Workflow: Familiarity with data pipelines (Kafka) and experience connecting to various data sources.Soft Skills

– Exposure to AI/ML concepts and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
