- Développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités et mise à jour des logiciels existants.
- Investiguer et corriger les défauts.
- Participer aux discussions de conception et aux revues de code.
- Coacher les membres de l’équipe pour résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes.

Qualifications Requises
Nous recherchons des candidats ayant les compétences et qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme B.Sc. ou M.Sc. en informatique ou un domaine technique équivalent, avec 4 à 6 ans d’expérience.
- Connaissance en développement, test et ingénierie logiciel.
- Expérience dans le domaine des télécommunications.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais.
Des compétences supplémentaires qui seraient appréciées, mais non indispensables, incluent :
- Familiarité avec les principes TDD et Clean Code.
- Utilisation d’outils d’automatisation comme Jenkins ou Robot.
- Expérience en déploiement de conteneurs (ex. : Docker).

📝 Description du poste : Job Category: Applied R&DJob Description:As a Software Developer / Tester you will help us build new features, maintain and enhance existing software, and troubleshoot issues. You’ll also be involved in component testing, integrating systems, and participating in design discussions and code reviews. This role offers the chance to solve complex engineering challenges and mentor others along the way.Responsibilities:As a member of our team you will develop new functionalities and features, maintain and update existing software, investigate and fix defects, perform component testing and integrate the SW with other features / components. Take part in software design discussion and code review meetings. Solve complex engineering problems in many technology areas. Coach other team members in solving problems.Our Team, Nokia TAS is a next generation application server, converging the best of breed voice, video and messaging services for the 2G, 3G, 4G, CDMA, WiFi and 5G users of the mobile, fixed and enterprise segments. The configuration, performance and fault management capabilities guarantee an optimized operation, from deployment to maintenance phase. With the open eco-system, the decomposed internal architecture and business logic, Nokia TAS is complements the Programmable Core and is DevOps ready. Nokia TAS is a cloud native containerized SW-only product, deployable on Nokia or 3rd party cloud infrastructure or baremetal.Qualifications:Hands-on attitude and quick learning are highly appreciated. Exact qualifications may vary depending on scrum teams / functional areas. We also want to find a good match with your interests.We are looking for the following qualifications:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification with at least 4-6 years of work experience
- Software development, testing and engineering knowledge
- Knowledge of telecom domain
- Good command of English
The below list has skills that will help you, but you don’t need to match all. Please also apply if you have a strong motivation to develop in one of the followings:
- Familiarity with TDD and Clean Code principles
- Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks (e.g. Jenkins, Robot)
- Experience with private clouds (e.g. Vmware, OpenStack)
- Experience with container based deployment (e.g. Docker)
- Scripting experience (e.g. Shell, Python)
