Rôle : Le Shift Engineer sera intégré à l’équipe d’ouverture de SLS Barcelona. Sous la supervision du Responsable Technique, le candidat aura pour mission de veiller à la maintenance préventive et corrective de l’ensemble des installations de l’hôtel, y compris la piscine, les cuisines, et les chambres. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Maintenance préventive et corrective des installations hôtelières.
- Collaboration avec les services externes.
- Gestion des rapports quotidiens sur les incidents.
- Utilisation d’un logiciel de gestion de la maintenance.
- Maintien de l’ordre et de la propreté dans les espaces de travail.
- Vérification du bon fonctionnement des installations.
Qualifications Requises
Profil recherché : Les candidats doivent posséder une qualification dans le domaine de l’ingénierie ou de la maintenance, avec plus de 2 ans d’expérience. Les soft skills suivantes sont également attendues :
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique.
- Organisation et efficacité dans le travail.
- Compétences en anglais, très appréciées.
- Esprit d’initiative et résistance au stress.
- Attitude humble, ouverte et collaborative.

Under the guidance of the Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing support in all aspects related to preventive and corrective maintenance of all areas of the hotel (swimming pool, common areas, kitchens, rooms, etc…).Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities.Collaborate with outsourced services in the area.Attend daily reports reported at the hotel.Record incidents using maintenance management software.Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas, workshops and warehouses.Check the correct operation of the facilities.QualificationsWhat we are looking for…Qualification in variety of engineering/maintenance.+2 years of experience in maintenance.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.You are organized and get things done.English language skills highly valuable.You take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.You learn quickly and adapt to SLS’s unique culture.You are humble and open to ideas.
