Responsabilités Principales
En tant que Senior Product Specialist, les responsabilités incluent, sans s’y limiter :
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de vente pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
- Diriger les efforts d’habilitation des ventes concernant les solutions de paiement, y compris les paiements par carte, les paiements transfrontaliers et numériques.
- Fournir des solutions sur mesure aux clients, en participant à des démonstrations techniques et fonctionnelles.
- Établir et entretenir des relations à long terme avec les clients pour garantir la croissance continue des ventes.
- Recueillir des informations sur le marché pour alimenter les équipes de gestion de produits.
- Participer aux sessions de découverte de solutions pour adresser les besoins spécifiques des clients.
Profil Recherché

- Expérience avérée en habilitation des ventes et en consulting pour des solutions de paiement.
- Compréhension approfondie de l’écosystème des paiements, incluant les normes et réglementations.
- Expertise en technologies Cloud et modèles SaaS.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, capable de clairifier des concepts complexes.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément sous pression.
- Formation universitaire pertinente avec préférence pour les citoyens de Singapour.

By combining deep market knowledge with strong technical acumen, you will be essential in enduring client relationships and supporting the ongoing growth and success of our client’s payments business preferably on Card Issuing.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within the financial services sector.
- Lead sales deal enablement efforts for our client’s payments solutions including Enterprise Payments, Card Payments/Card Processing/Card Operations, Card Issuing, High-volume High-value payments, Cross-border payments, real-time payments, B2B Payments, digital wallets, Switches, Gateways, regulations and standards and conduct in-depth demonstrations via engaging with customers to understand their challenges.
- Lead technical and functional architecture as a part of solution consulting.
- Support responses to RFI/RFPs, delivering tailored presentations and solutions to senior decision-makers, including C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring continued sales growth and offering ongoing support within payments.
- Gather market insights to provide valuable input to product management, development, and services teams for continuous solution improvement.
- Participate in solution discovery sessions, customizing offerings to meet specific client needs, and assist in the technical demonstration of these solutions.
- Leverage knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to help shape product development and refine sales strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales enablement, pre-sales and solutions consulting within Payments Solutions, preferably in fintech or with financial services software providers.
- Comprehensive understanding of the payments ecosystem, solutions including Enterprise Payments, Card Payments/Card Processing/Card Operations, Card Issuing, High-volume High-value payments, Cross-border payments, real-time payments, B2B Payments, digital wallets, Switches, Gateways, regulations and standards.
- Strong expertise in Cloud technologies and SaaS models in payment systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex fintech concepts for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- A technical background with knowledge of system configurations and fintech solutions.
- A consultative, client-focused approach with the ability to create tailored solutions.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Preferably a Singapore Citizen
