Mission et Responsabilités
Le consultant junior au sein de l’équipe Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) sera impliqué dans des projets variés, comme :
- Participation aux projets de mise en œuvre des IFRS, transformant ainsi la comptabilité de clients variés.
- Consolidation des états financiers pour des groupes d’entreprises, tant internationaux que locaux.
- Mise en place ou amélioration des processus financiers existants, optimisant ainsi la performance organisationnelle.
- Analyse de données dans le cadre de projets d’analyse, pour aider les clients à prendre des décisions éclairées.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme universitaire avec une spécialisation économique ou technique.
- Connaissances en comptabilité et expérience en audit ou en conseil financier appréciées.
- Esprit d’analyse et capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière autonome.
- Compétences en communication solides, avec une maîtrise de l’anglais et éventuellement d’autres langues.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment MS Office, en particulier Excel.

We cooperate closely with chief financial officers, audit committee members, treasurers, and other financial managers, helping them correctly interpret planned changes to accounting standards and other regulations, and assess how these changes will affect their companies.We provide companies with support in navigating the maze of IFRS, governance and regulatory requirements, and in confronting the new world phenomenon of Big Data. We also provide advisory services related to the automation of financial processes.We are looking for a new colleague with audit and advisory experience who is eager to further specialize in financial accounting advisory. This role involves designing solutions for even the most complex client requirements and working on a diverse range of projects in this area.Your key responsibilities
- Participate in consultancy projects related to IFRS implementation
- Participate in projects aimed at consolidating financial statements for international and local groups of companies
- Be involved in projects related to the setup or enhancement of existing processes
- Process and prepare data for data analysis projects
Skills and attributes for success
- University degree with an economic or technical focus
- Knowledge of accounting
- Experience in audit, accounting and financial advisory is a plus
- Independence in seeking information and looking for solutions to problems
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- PC literacy (MS Office, mainly MS Excel)
