Responsabilités principales
Les responsabilités de l’Assistant aux relations externes incluent les éléments suivants :
- Assister la direction dans la gestion des défis politiques et humanitaires relatifs à la crise des réfugiés.
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de stratégies de communication visant à attirer le soutien des partenaires externes.
- Entretenir un dialogue avec les donateurs et les ambassades, tout en organisant des réunions et des briefings réguliers.
- Diffuser des informations sur la situation de financement mondiale de l’UNHCR et mobiliser des fonds pour des projets spécifiques.
- Rédiger des rapports, notes de synthèse, communiqués de presse et articles.
- Participer à la coordination inter-agences pour optimiser les réponses aux besoins des réfugiés.
- Gérer les relations avec les médias en rédigeant des réponses et en organisant des visites.
- Mettre en place des événements et des séminaires pour sensibiliser le public aux actions de l’UNHCR.
Qualifications requises
Éducation
– Diplôme de premier cycle en sciences politiques, relations internationales, journalisme, communication ou domaine connexe.
Expérience professionnelle
– 1 an d’expérience pertinente pour les licenciés ou aucune pour les diplômés de master ou de doctorat.
Compétences fonctionnelles
– Compétences en rédaction et documentation, maîtrise des outils informatiques, et aptitude à gérer le contenu web seront essentielles.
Langues
– Connaissance de l’anglais et de la langue de travail locale. La maîtrise des langues ukrainienne ou russe est un atout.
Conditions de travail et rémunération
Les candidats doivent être légalement présents en Slovaquie lors de la soumission de leur candidature. Les mesures de vaccination contre le Covid-19 sont requises pour l’engagement au sein de l’UNHCR.
Le salaire net pour ce poste varie entre EUR 37,885 et EUR 45,788, accompagnés d’avantages tels que :

The majority are women and children and include older people, people with disabilities, and those with urgent medical care needs. Many of those arriving have experienced trauma and distress associated with the conflict and require Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS). As of 24 March, there have been close to 1,250,000 border crossings from Ukraine into Slovakia, and while many are moving on to other European countries over 110,000 individuals have applied for temporary protection to stay in Slovakia.UNHCR re-opened its Office in Slovakia in 2022 at the request of the Government, in response to the Ukraine Crisis. UNHCR works in close coordination with State entities, including local and municipal authorities, UN agencies, and national partners. UNHCR’s National Office in the Slovak Republic is located in Bratislava as part of the UNHCR Representation for Central Europe based in Budapest, Hungary. A Field Office has also opened in Kosice, east Slovakia.UNHCR works together with five national partners to respond to the most pressing needs of persons of concern, including individuals fleeing Ukraine under temporary protection in Slovakia.
