Mission du Poste
En tant que **NetSuite Administrator**, vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne du système NetSuite, d’intégrations essentielles avec d’autres applications et de la direction de projets spécifiques à NetSuite. Responsabilités Clés
**Administration et Optimisation de NetSuite :**
– Gestion des utilisateurs, des rôles et des permissions.
– Surveillance des performances système et identification des opportunités d’amélioration.
– Maintien de l’intégrité des données et audits réguliers.
– Gestion des mises à jour de système et formation des utilisateurs finaux.
Gestion des Intégrations :
- Conception et maintenance des intégrations avec divers systèmes tiers.
- Collaboration avec des équipes techniques pour résoudre des problèmes d’intégration.
- Évaluation et recommandation d’outils d’intégration adaptés aux besoins évolutifs.
Gestion de Projets :
- Direction de projets liés à NetSuite, de la création à la mise en œuvre.
- Élaboration de plans de projet détaillés et suivi de la progression.
- Réalisation d’examens post-implémentation pour évaluer le succès des projets.
Analyse et Amélioration des Processus :
- Collaboration avec des parties prenantes pour recueillir les besoins et les traduire en solutions NetSuite.

Qualifications Requises
– Diplôme en Technologie de l’information, Administration des affaires, Informatique ou domaine connexe.
– Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en tant qu’Administrateur NetSuite, avec une connaissance approfondie des intégrations.
– Expérience prouvée en gestion de projets, idéalement avec certification (PMP, PRINCE2).

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for the daily administration, optimization, and ongoing development of our NetSuite ERP system. A key focus of this position will be on managing NetSuite integrations with other business-critical applications and leading NetSuite-related projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
● NetSuite Administration & Optimization:
○ Perform day-to-day administration of the NetSuite platform, including user setup, roles and permissions, custom records, fields, forms, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
○ Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize NetSuite functionality and user experience.
○ Maintain NetSuite data integrity, perform regular audits, and implement data governance best practices.
○ Manage NetSuite upgrades and new feature releases, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption.
○ Provide end-user support and training, creating documentation and delivering workshops as needed.
● Integration Management:
○ Design, implement, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and various third-party systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, HRIS, data warehousing).
○ Work closely with technical teams and external vendors to troubleshoot integration issues, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure seamless data flow.
○ Evaluate and recommend integration tools and strategies to meet evolving business needs.
○ Document integration architecture, processes, and data mappings.
● Project Management:
○ Lead and manage NetSuite-related projects, including new module implementations, system enhancements, and process improvements.
○ Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
○ Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
○ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
○ Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
○ Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify lessons learned.
● Business Analysis & Process Improvement:
○ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
○ Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation within NetSuite.
○ Propose and implement solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.Job responsibilitiesQualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
● Demonstrable experience with NetSuite integrations is essential, including familiarity with common integration methods (e.g., SuiteTalk, RESTlets, SOAP web services) and integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Workato).
● Proven project management experience, including the ability to lead and deliver complex NetSuite projects. (Project Management certification a plus, e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
● Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules (specifically., Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
● Proficiency in creating custom workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards in NetSuite.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
● NetSuite Administrator Certification (or equivalent)
