Ce poste de Snr Assistant Director / Assistant Director spécialisé en cybersécurité est essentiel pour réaliser la vision d’un système de transport de classe mondiale et d’un hub global interconnecté.
Responsabilités Principales
En tant que leader en cybersécurité, vous serez amené à :
- Renforcer la posture de cybersécurité des secteurs du transport à l’échelle du Ministère, en examinant et évaluant les capacités et plans de cybersécurité aux niveaux sectoriels.
- Assurer la gouvernance et la conformité réglementaire concernant les systèmes d’infrastructure critique (CIIs & IIIs) gérés par les organismes du Ministère.
- Suivre les tendances et développements technologiques de la cybersécurité pour en informer la haute direction.
- Collaborer avec les CISOs des agences afin d’élaborer une feuille de route pour le développement des capacités, y compris des plans de R&D pour approbation de financement.
- Renforcer la résilience cybernétique des infrastructures critiques face aux menaces cybernétiques, garantissant la continuité des services essentiels.
- Développer des indicateurs clés de risque pour la gestion des risques au niveau ministériel.
- Fournir un leadership technique pour conseiller les organismes sur la réponse et la remédiation des incidents de cybersécurité.
- Évaluer indépendamment les incidents de cybersécurité et de protection des données, en offrant des mises à jour à la haute direction.
Profil Recherché
Nous recherchons des candidats qui possèdent :
- Une expérience pertinente en défense cybernétique ou en assurance d’information.
- Des compétences techniques adaptées et une capacité d’adaptation à travailler avec divers partenaires.
- Une expérience prioritaire au sein d’agences gouvernementales (comme le MOT, Govtech, CSA, DSTA) est un avantage.
- D’excellentes compétences interpersonnelles ainsi que des compétences en communication verbale et écrite.

📝 Description du poste : What the role is:At the Ministry of Transport (MOT), we spearhead developments in Singapore’s land, sea and air transport sectors to advance Singapore’s economic competitiveness and Singaporeans’ quality of life. If you share our vision and possess the qualities we seek, join us!What you will be working on:The cybertech leader will drive greater assurance in Transport Cybersecurity and ensure governance compliance in cyber and data security. He / She will collaborate with MOT agencies’ CISOs to level up cyber and data security capabilities. As a cybertech leader, you will oversee and drive cyber and data security across Transport Ministry family of Statutory Boards. In this role, you will (be): 1. Responsible to strengthen cybersecurity posture of Singapore’s transport sectors at the Ministry level covering Aviation, Maritime and Land Transport, including reviewing and assessing the cybersecurity capabilities and plans at sectoral level, covering both the MOT agencies and their key industry partners. Governance 2. Responsible for all regulatory oversight and governance of Critical and Important Information Infrastructure systems (CIIs & IIIs) owned by Transport Statutory Boards (i.e. LTA, CAAS and MPA), including regular reviews of Risk Assessment reports and Audit reports in accordance with Cybersecurity Act and IM8 requirements. Capability Development 3. Monitor latest cybersecurity trends and technology developments to apprise senior management of the implications and applications to Transport cybersecurity. 4. Collaborate with agencies’ CISOs to develop capability development roadmap including R&D plans for funding approvals. 5. Partner key stakeholders in Transport Statutory Boards and transport operators to strengthen the cyber resiliency of the transport sectors’ critical and important information infrastructures (CIIs & IIIs) against cyber threats and to ensure the continuity of the essential services. Situation Monitoring & Response 6. Develop and monitor key risk indicators for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at the Ministry level. 7. Provide technical leadership and expertise to advise SBs in timely response and remediation of cybersecurity incidents and system vulnerabilities discovered. 8. Provide independent assessment to senior management on cybersecurity and data security incidents. 9. Engage and provide timely updates to senior management on cybersecurity and data security issues that straddle across Transport Statutory Boards.What we are looking for:
- Relevant Cyber Defence or Information Assurance experience and technical competencies • Adaptive, self-driven and able to work with stakeholders. Priority work experience within or in collaboration with government agencies (MOT, Govtech, CSA, DSTA) will be preferred. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
