Description du poste
KMBL recrute un(e) Software Development Engineer (SDE) de niveau 2 à 3. Ce rôle est essentiel pour le développement et le support de solutions logicielles destinées à améliorer les opérations internes et l’interaction avec les clients.
Responsabilités clés :
- Concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions logicielles.
- Analyser les exigences et proposer des solutions innovantes en utilisant des pratiques d’ingénierie efficaces.
- Participer à l’ensemble du cycle de vie du développement logiciel (SDLC), y compris la documentation et l’analyse des exigences.
- Identifier et résoudre des problèmes liés au code des applications.
- Contribuer aux revues de code pour assurer l’alignement avec les spécifications architecturales prédéfinies.
- Collaborer avec les chefs de projet, les analystes métier et les membres de l’équipe sur les exigences et les solutions proposées.
Exigences techniques et qualifications
Le candidat doit posséder un baccalauréat en informatique, technologie de l’information ou domaine connexe, ainsi qu’une expérience de 3 à 12 ans dans le domaine. Les compétences techniques essentielles incluent :
- Langages et Technologies : Expertise en JAVA, J2EE, Python et Spring stack.
- Connaissances en architecture : Compréhension des concepts de Programmation Orientée Objet (OOP), des motifs de conception, et familiarité avec la conception dirigée par le domaine.
- Bases de données : Expérience avec des systèmes de bases de données relationnels (ex. : PostgreSQL, Oracle) et NoSQL (ex. : Dynamo, MongoDB).
- Microservices : Compétence dans la construction de Microservices et connaissance des outils d’orchestration de flux de travail tels que Camunda ou Temporal.
- Outils DevOps : Connaissance des outils CI/CD et des services cloud comme AWS ou Azure est un plus.
Compétences personnelles
Les candidats doivent également faire preuve de compétences interpersonnelles solides, communiquant efficacement avec les parties prenantes et gérant les délais, la qualité et les objectifs de manière proactive.
Éducation et certifications souhaitables
- Un diplôme de baccalauréat en génie logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Certifications telles que Java Certified Developer ou AWS Developer/Solution Architect sont un atout.

- Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules.
- Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues.
- Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre- defined architectural specifications.
- Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows.
- Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.
Qualifications: * Should have strong technical background in JAVA, J2EE or Python, Spring stack
- Well versed with OOP’s concept and design patterns
- Good understanding of data structure and algorithms
- Strong experience with Database systems like RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.) and NoSQL (Dynamo, MongoDB etc.)
- Experience in building Microservices and knowledge of workflow orchestration with Camunda or Temporal
- Knowledge of docker and containerization.
- Should have good experience in using messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
- Knowledge in CI/CD Pipeline and Dev Ops tools
- Knowledge in Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure
- Should be familiar with Domain Driven Design
- Passionate and having depth knowledge in agile, Kanban process
- Should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Manage scope, timelines, quality, goals and deliverables that supports business
- Good communications skills
- Prior work experience in the product engineering/development.
- Good to have prior experience in Indian Banking segment and/or Fintech.
Education background:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of studyGood to have Certifications
