Ce poste s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une dynamique de production directe au sein de l’atelier de métaux de l’usine de Nokia à Oulu. Le candidat sélectionné aura l’occasion de participer à des projets innovants grâce à l’utilisation de machines CNC (Commande Numérique par Ordinateur) pour la fabrication de prototypes destinés à la recherche et développement (R&D) et à la production.
Responsabilités clés
En tant que Specialist, Metal Services, le candidat aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Programmation et vérification : Élaboration et transfert de fichiers CNC, comprenant la simulation des trajectoires, les listes d’outils, et la planification de montage.
- Collaboration interdisciplinaire : Travailler étroitement avec les designers pour assurer l’optimisation des produits pour leur manufacturabilité et leur efficacité d’usinage.
- Planification des tâches : Organiser et programmer les ordres de production, tout en se concentrant sur la productivité, la qualité, et le respect des délais.
- Gestion des inventaires : Coordination des commandes de matières premières, d’outils et de pièces de rechange.
- Influence sur les programmes : Contribuer à l’évolution des calendriers de production, tant au niveau local que global.
Qualifications requises
Exigences :
- Diplôme en mécanique ou en usinage CNC.
- Compétences en tournage et/ou fraisage CNC.
- Bonne maîtrise des mathématiques et compréhension des terminologies spécifiques au CNC en anglais.
- Esprit collaboratif avec une capacité à interagir avec les clients.
- Autonomie et motivation personnelle.
- Compétences de base en finnois et en anglais.
Atouts supplémentaires :
- Expérience dans un environnement de production.
- Compétences en usinage manuel.

📝 Description du poste : Job Category: Direct ProductionDegree Level: Specialist Vocational CertificateJob Description:We are looking for a Metal Services Specialist to join our enthusiastic team in our Oulu factory’s metal workshop. You will be working with CNC machining and programming in a small team delivering prototypes to R&D and production. You will get to influence product program schedules and ramp-ups, both locally and globally.Responsibilities:As part of our team, you will:
- Program, verify, and transfer CNC files, including route simulations, tool lists, and mount planning
- Collaborate with designers to ensure products are optimized for manufacturability and machining efficiency
- Plan and schedule work orders with a focus on productivity, quality, and timely execution
- Manage inventory and coordinate orders for raw materials, tools, and spare parts
- Have direct influence on product program schedules and ramp-ups, both locally and globally
Qualifications:You have:
- Relevant education in CNC machining and programming
- CNC lathe and/or milling skills
- Good mathematical skills and understanding of CNC-specific terminology in English
- Cooperative mindset and ability to manage customer interactions
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Basic Finnish and English skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience and understanding of a production environment
- Manual machining skills
