Présentation du Poste
Le **Sr. Manager, ICQA** (Inventory Control and Quality Assurance) joue un rôle essentiel au sein de l’entreprise. Sa mission consiste à :
- Diriger les efforts analytiques relatifs à l’ICQA.
- Surveiller et améliorer la précision des transactions d’inventaire et de qualité.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des processus ICQA novateurs.
- Dynamiser des solutions d’amélioration des processus applicables à plusieurs sites.
- Établir des relations internes solides avec les équipes opérationnelles et financières.
Profil Recherché

Join Coupang now to create an epic experience in this always-on, high-tech, and hyper-connected world.Position: Principal/Senior Manger, ICQAThe Principal, ICQA has a dual focus: one part is strong in analytical and research-based tasks, specifically looking at inventory levels and diving deep into discrepancies, while the Quality Assurance section evaluates how well we adhere to our internal processes.We are looking for a technical leader who can grasp complex processes, utilize large data sets to identify root causes of problems, and be hands-on to validate assumptions. This leader will need to find innovative solutions and influence other stakeholders without having direct authority.The successful candidate must be a self-starter with strong experience in ICQA within a high-volume, customer-focused fulfillment environment. Analysis and research, process improvement, and the introduction of new technology will be key focus areas for the role holder.What You Will Do
- Lead the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance analytical efforts.
- Monitor existing KPIs regarding the accuracy and integrity of Quality and Inventory transactions; provide feedback to the Operations team where necessary, and build new KPIs where gaps are identified.
- Design and implement new ICQA processes and procedures to elevate inventory accuracy across Coupang-operated facilities and vendor-managed buildings.
- Drive scalable process improvement solutions that can be replicated across multiple sites.
- Build and manage internal relationships at a senior level, including with Operations and Finance units.
- Develop and execute action plans for increasing quality, inventory accuracy, and service satisfaction.
Qualifications
- An inspiring leader who has held a senior position within ICQA, ideally in an e-commerce fulfillment environment (offline retail will also be considered).
- A subject matter expert in Inventory Control with prior experience working with WMS.
- Strong operational experience in a fulfillment environment.
- Agile and able to quickly adapt strategies and plans to come up with innovative solutions in response to dynamic business requirements.
- Comfortable communicating across different functional teams, from finance to operations to software development, and influencing across all levels, from associates to the CEO.
